I purchase often from the website never a issue They only supply their house brands and a few of the bigger clients in their own facility to ship out a lot of shipping comes straight from manufacturer of item , your purchasing from a seller usually manufacturer unless its wayfair branded like joss and main etc. they have never done me wrongly Im astonished by the rating on here
