Review of macys
I purchased a pair of shoes on line. When I received them they looked dirty. I looked at the box and it had a label on the side floor sample and a date of 01.06 2020. They sent me a used pair of shoes that people have been putting on all through covid-19. I got on line and did the chat and the person informed me that I would have to send them back or get charged,so I am. I wanted to include a picture but no way to add it of the shoes and the box. I am so disappointed with Macy's and the customer service. You send me used shoes and I get to spend my time sending them back to you.
Review of lastpass
I used the app for many years, storing my passwords in the app and not even writing them down in other places. Until one day they decide that I need to access the email account I used to create the login, since I haven't used that account for years, and I don't know her password anymore, BUT I KNOW THE LASTPASS MASTER PASSWORD, always knew! But it's no use, they want me to know the password for the email I no longer use. And I couldn't recover this password with google. I lost all the passwords I spent years keeping in the app. And the support is VERY bad. Never use this application or any company product, they are not reliable.

I was very pleased with my buying experience at the Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse, in Houston. The facility was clean and organized. Employees were nice and Lauren helped me for about two hours, explaining everything with patience. She was knowledgeable and made sure that I understood the packet of information that was sent home with me. Thank YOU, Lauren, for a great experience. Jo Dennis
Review of dell
My experience with Dell Australia can be best described as scam attempt.I placed an order through their online shop. I made the full payment directly to their bank account. I emailed the bank document as per their instructions. Nevertheless, I was called the next day by a Dell representative to provide details of the payment. I sent the bank receipt directly to her (2nd time now). The Dell lady assured me it was all good. I emailed her 3 weeks later to check if I should expect the laptop at my door. She did not respond. Then I called them only to realise that my order had been cancelled for unknown reason. 2 days later they told me it was because they could not find any evidence of the payment. I sent the bank receipt to another Dell representative (3rd time now) to check with their finance team. It took them 10 days to confirm that they could not find any evidence of a bank transfer and therefore Dell had no intention of returning my money.I sent a complaint letter to their 'complaints email'. Two days later an 'automated' email came back telling me 'they no longer read that email'.I informed my bank of a fraudulent payment and less than 24 hours later my money was returned by Dell.If you are reading this and still want to buy stuff from Dell, I strongly advise on the following:1) Pay through Australian bank2) Track all communication. Take printscreens if necessary. You may need this as evidence.3) Call them a few days after placing the order. Dell will not inform you of order cancellations. If in doubt about the status of your order, immediately ask for refund BY EMAIL. 4) Do not wait for Dell's confirmation. Talk to your bank instead. Note that there is a cool-off period for credit card payments. You don't want to miss it.5) Best avoid any dealing with Dell
