Tried to set up my wifes shop today. There is the option get a call forverification. NO ONE CALLED. Guess a little mini market is not as important as an uneducated imbecile telling you what to think. All about the money... But only your money!

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in London, KY - was quoted a price and then charged a higher one? The lamp lights by the bed didn't work and one didn't even have a bulb in it - and the electrical plugs between the beds didn't work either - had to pull a cord out of the wall to get a plug that worked? Talekd to management about it? and all he said - was we gonna stay another night? Don't recommend this place at all - and I wouldn't stay there again!

Spamish Jobs are deceiving

Jobs don't always match skills or experience required. I recognize that you can only search on details provided by the job poster, but allowing such limited info (yrs experience, salary range, free form descriptions) leads to spam-ish jobs that have no real value for someone of a higher level.

Core Membership Renewal Boardering on Fraud

Have been a faithful member of DeviantART for over a decade, including a Core Member with paid membership to support my favourite site. Is just too bad they mishandle peoples' accounts so badly that they'll keep enabling automatic membership renewal without your knowledge. At one point they charged me twice for a one-year sub, leaving me with two years of Core Membership I didn't ask for. After the huge overhaul they did of the site, removing all features I loved about it and all, I was still going to keep using the site but NOT as a paying member. Letting my at the time Core Membership run out on its own. Imagine my surprise days later finding a transaction for a new membership when I checked my bank for my usual budget checkup. dA had NOT sent me any mails to notify me of the "purchase" renewing my Core Membership for another year. With a site policy that you can demand a refund 24 hours after the "purchase". When not informing the supposed buyer, thus I first saw this days later. dA has become too sketchy over the year. No email informing of you an automatic renewal you didn't ask for and no options to permanently delete your card info from the site... I went to my bank for the refund with the claims of fraud.

Review of yelp

Yelp the King of Scammers

This scam company has charged us $338.96 for BRINGING NO CUSTOMERS!. EMERSON EDWARD a sales rep from them promised me an average of 30 customers per month that NEVER arrived. Also he said that I would be charged depending on the amounts of customer that contact me per month but would never exceed my monthly limit of $300. I was never contacted by any customer and in less than 2 weeks I was charged $338.96 RUN AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMERS!!! I'M FILING A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM. I have emails proving all of these.

The star option is mandatory for review otherwise No star at all. Yelp is a business scammer, themselves are making fake online appointments and make to do not accept no more customers but at the end no one will come for the service and phone number are no more answering or off or ext.Avoid even to answer yelp phone call or they rap you off or steal your money.

Review of wpbeginner

I asked WPBeginner.com to migrate our…

I asked WPBeginner.com to migrate our cumbersome existing website to a new WP site that I could edit myself. This was a very complicated project - we have a domain hoster that is not the website hoster. Security hoops like you would not believe. We moved from a complex CRM/CMS system to basic WP. I found a WP template, but we had major design changes we wanted. So, complex, customized, complicated, with multiple service providers and a hard deadline to move off the CRM before they shut down the website. I mean, really, what more could I throw at them? You're going to have problems with something like this, of course. I had an issue with the website template where I wanted what I wanted, but after emailing about my design and content frustrations, they did what I hoped for - they resolved it quickly. Would I use them again? You betcha. I'm very loyal to vendors who fix issues immediately. That counts with me more than price, more than skillset. In summary, great price for a big job, attentive and thoughtful communications, excellent customer service for my one issue, met my hard deadline with 2 days to spare, nice looking website that is everything we wanted and nothing that we didn't want.

Review of squarespace

Don't use Squarespace payments!

Don't use Squarespace payments! They don't tell you that the only way to disconnect is by contacting customer service. I initially used stripe to process payments and it was very smooth, however, when they launched squarespace payments I attempted to connect because I thought it would be better to view everything on the same platform, however, they kept asking for additional verification such as bank statements despite having my EIN, Bank routing, address and alot of other information and because of that I ultimately changed my mind and disconnected it (at-least I thought I did). However, I was still connected so the next purchase made on my site processed through Squarespace and now they are saying that the only method of payout is to connect my bank account. It's unethical to trap costumers this way and they don't care! If squarespace payments uses stripe to process payments why are they even require more to verify than stripe ? requiring bank statements when you already have individuals SSN, EIN, bank account number, routing number and address etc is unnecessary.

Review of oculus

Terrible Product!

I purchased the Meta Quest 2 BRAND NEW when my old Oculus Quest 1 device started failing, Not even 1 Month after purchasing the 256GB at £399 the Left controller started having issues with Stick Drift, so I did the lazy thing & looked up a fix on YouTube to be met with DOZENS of videos on how to fix stick drift. That's all these videos are a QUICKFIX. Why do we as consumers give huge BILLION Dollar companies a pass for making shoddy products & charging us high prices for the privilege to play their half-*ssed devices? Meta have also made it ridiculously hard to return a defective item. I was originally going to get a Quest 3 but not anymore they have lost me as a consumer I have so little faith in the brand, why should we be paying to send off defective, bad quality goods?

Review of gog

Like it says on the box

Good Old Games. I appreciate that GOG makes older games available to play legally and makes them easy to use on a modern PC. I like the absence of DRM and freedom from the complications that DRM can introduce. I also appreciate the regular deep discounts for games on sale. Some great old games are not available on GOG. My biggest wish would be for GOG to expand its catalog.

Review of garmin

One star is too high a rating

One star is too high a rating. Ordered an Enduro on Christmas Day on sale. It was a 40th Birthday present from my dad. Only today has the order been cancelled yet the money still not refunded. The only contact from Garmin I that time was an email lying that there was supply issues. The way I and many others have been treated by this company is utterly disgraceful and the offer of a 20% discount on ludicrously overpriced watches is an absolute insult. Garmin will read all these reviews but won’t give a damn. I hope you go bust, Garmin.

Review of fineartamerica

No communication

The only thing that could have been better was communication. An email confirming my order would have been nice, and a shipping notice with tracking isn't too much to ask. I got neither. Just a charge to my credit card and then my print arrived weeks later.
