No way to contact customer support - am a premium member, and just canceled the premium option so it doesn't autorenew, but am still premium for the next 2.5 months. couldn't find a way to contact support before downgrading either. Messaged 20+ "caregivers" and got very few responses - not sure most of the listings are even active (I only subscribed because there appeared to be so many listing options). Want a refund, but of course no way of contacting customer support....

Everything went wrong! I put my item in cart late at night? First thing next morning it went up drastic, called and nothing they could do, ordered anyway with small coupon, wrong color! Called for them to fix and they canceled my order!!! So reordered and coupon wouldn’t work because I had used it!!. Finally, after an hr ( while I was working) the order was complete…. FIVE DAYS LATER, the price is DRASTICALLY LOWER AGAIN!! I found a number on line to call for adjustment and the service rep said that number / article wasnt legit and basically too bad. I obviously was upset and as I voiced this SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!!Your 10% “ I’m sorry coupon is an insult! Wayfair no more!!

Since 15 June my store with shopify was disabled without any notice or email (the front end and backend) this action caused a serious damage on my ranking on SEO and stopped our activity ..For this action i consider this error is the dummiest one and shopify should have a shame to make like this kinf of errors..I contacted the support .. instead of solving the issue immediatly they told me that a team will contact me via email to solve the issue , until now there is answer .. now i'am looking for a lawyer to get a recompasation for this stupid behaviour.
