No way to contact customer support - am a premium member, and just canceled the premium option so it doesn't autorenew, but am still premium for the next 2.5 months. couldn't find a way to contact support before downgrading either. Messaged 20+ "caregivers" and got very few responses - not sure most of the listings are even active (I only subscribed because there appeared to be so many listing options). Want a refund, but of course no way of contacting customer support....
