I love their products, and their customer service has always been helpful to me. After using their credit cards for one year, it has become my main credit cards that I use everywhere. Anytime I encounter an issue, their customer service team resolves it promptly.

Don't rent house in Saco, Maine the "Surf Spry" ID HA-V260N3. Can't get full refund. reserved 6 months in advance - cancelled 10 days after reservation due to change in travel plans. VRBO and Host responded to my cancelation but host did not process the cancelation - should I have visited him???? - Now I have to lose USD 3'000? A scam - host knew full well what he was doing to be able to keep a portion of the deposit and potentially all if the 2nd payment had not been requested. VRBO claims to have sent me a mail requesting more info after my complaint, but never received this mail to my knowledge and no response to my further queries. Also not acceptable. I see this seems to be a common complaint with VRBO amongst others. Never again with VRBO!

I wished I had read these reviews on Trustpilot before signing up with Survey Monkey. They auto renewed my account, which had been inactive for almost a year, without any prior notice. After they have your money and the billing shows up on your credit card statement, it's too late as they tell you that "The Terms of Service" that no one ever reads, essentially says "no refunds, ever, under any circumstances" unless you are in the European Union. Their free service is useless and is held out to lure you into buying one of their plans that requires you to agree to automatic renewal. DON'T DO IT!

I deposited my money a week ago not knowing that they made you wait a week before being able to make any transactions. After waiting a week wouldn't you know it the account still doesn't work I haven't been able to move one red cent. Got duped into believing they were legit.I don't think you are sorry at all of you were you wouldn't make up away to steal my money from me. My first time using your website and you say my account wasn't valid is why you want release my funds. It was valid enough for a deposit but not withdrawal. It's no other way to put it Sir it's stealing. You want the ticket number here you go not that it'll do any good. 16901561 This company continues to write me with lies as if I don't have proof they stole my money without a gun.

SCAMMING, THIEVING companies apply here. I purchased a product earlier this year, paid $215. The product arrived (after 5 months after estimated arrival, okay, whatever) The product finally arrived but NEVER worked, NO support from the campaign owner at all. I am stuck with a $215 piece of junk. I can't dispute my CC because of course it's over 6 months. I contacted Indiegogo and they said to open a dispute. I've done that 2 times now and each time I hear NOTHING back and when I log in, it says resolved. Nothing is resolved and Indiegogo continues to have this scamming company's campaign on their site. The comments on the campaign shows that there are many, many people just like me that have been scammed.
