I wished I had read these reviews on Trustpilot before signing up with Survey Monkey. They auto renewed my account, which had been inactive for almost a year, without any prior notice. After they have your money and the billing shows up on your credit card statement, it's too late as they tell you that "The Terms of Service" that no one ever reads, essentially says "no refunds, ever, under any circumstances" unless you are in the European Union. Their free service is useless and is held out to lure you into buying one of their plans that requires you to agree to automatic renewal. DON'T DO IT!
