Review of godaddy
I wrote a review a month ago about our terrible experience with Godaddy and our belief they only care about the money and not about supporting small businesses in anyway. They replied pretty quickly to my review saying they are sending our a request to investigate via Trustpilot. Well guess what, I never got that request. We had a nightmare experience with Godaddy where they let us down numerous times so I guess its no surprise they failed again, this time to get in contact despite saying they would. Our experience over the last month only strengthens our opinion this company does not care about its customers. Here is our original review: We not do believe GoDaddy has the best interests of a small business at heart. We were with them for over a year and in that time we found there to be constant charges and problems. We are a very small business and needed the minimum service but were hit with numerous extra charges. Then when we spoke to them they attempted to oversell us a product costing nearly £300. We eventually reduced it to the basic service but we were still misadvised as we had a different email address auto renewing a couple of months later when we said we only needed one. In the end the same product we already had auto renewed. We applied for a refund and had to wait 2 months for an answer, I wasted hours and hours and hours on the live chat and customer service. I was told they would get back to me. They didn't. I was told I would hear something in 7-10 days. I didn't. At one stage I was told I was getting a refund. Then next time I spoke to them it was still 'under review'. Incredibly after all that time we were told no - we will not be getting a refund. For a product we already had and only had a 2nd time as we had been misadvised! In my opinion a disgraceful way to treat a tiny business. Any other small start ups should be aware and should be constantly checking bank statements for extra charges.

I went there to buy a computer mouse. The sales assistant was so rude to me because I wanted to buy a gaming mouse and I didn't know which one I want. Seriously the service was terrible, but the mouse I choose looks good... lets see

There was a Starbucks drink with worms, flys, and maggots in it.we also found another with several beetles on it. It was a very unclean environment and the fitting rooms had clothes everywhere that customers had to pick up.workers were very unkind and annoyed. One of them had low blood sugar and was raging and making several scenes. Only one checkout line was open and the line Reached to almost all the way back to the store. The bathrooms were muggy and smelled really bad and there was toilet paper and toilet water all in the stalls. I left my phone in the bathroom and the worker asked who it had belonged to and I said it was mine. they wouldn’t give it back even though I showed proof of it being mine. Never again!

Review of kroger
Twice in the last 2 months I have used the pickup - which I have been using for years but when I got my groceries the total was different because of being out of items. No big deal I have had this happen before. BUT what my card is charged is the original amount of the order. When I contact the company they lay the blame on my bank. I call BS on this because it has never been that way before. Then to make matters worse after asking to speak with a supervisor who was just as condescending as the CST person when he finished and I stated that I guess my days of Kroger shopping are over - he hung up on me while I was still speaking. So in my book Kroger has now joined Walmart & Target as companies I will never give my money to again.

Review of coinbase
Coinbase has been a complete disappointment. I’ve been dealing with an issue where my average entry price keeps changing despite not making any new trades. This number should be fixed unless I buy more, yet it keeps fluctuating without any valid explanation. I calculated my real cost basis manually, and it doesn’t match what Coinbase is showing.I reached out to support, expecting a straightforward answer, but instead, I got copy-paste responses about market sentiment and trading volume, which have nothing to do with my average entry price. No one seems willing or able to explain how Coinbase calculates this, and they keep dodging my request for a detailed breakdown. This is incredibly concerning because if they can randomly adjust or miscalculate cost basis, how can anyone trust the numbers on their platform? If you rely on Coinbase’s displayed average price, double-check everything manually because the data may be inaccurate. I expected better from a company handling people’s money. This is unacceptable, and I won’t be using Coinbase again unless they provide transparency and fix their system.UPDATEThis morning, after spending two hours on the phone, Coinbase support told me they have opened a ticket for my case. However, I was also told that due to a high volume of cases, they don’t know when they will be able to work on it. The problem here is that If Coinbase acknowledges there is an issue, it should not take this long to provide an explanation. UPDATE 23/04/2025Scammers! they moved my avarage entry cost even higher! stealing money from me!!! I’m switching platform ASAP.

Review of crypto
This didn't happen recently, but it happened. I decided to give them a try and do my very first transfer into Crypto.scam was Ocean protocol. I received a warning when I started to send it stating, not working, only send ERC20 compatible tokens to said address. The Ocean Protocol I was sending was polygon and everyone who knows anything about crypto knows polygon is 100% ERC20 compatible. The thieving f@¢+$ locked up my tokens saying I sent the wrong tokens to the address and wanted me to pay 100USDT for them to retrieve my tokens. The tokens value was around $95. They better hope we never cross paths. They could improve by not stealing, scamming, and representing why some should of been swallowed instead of conceived. You can go to polygonscan and see my tokens using this address. 0x10fAEE08A0c354c3984002AadFAa8d3F8842B323
