My experience with Binance has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their customer support is absolutely useless—slow, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. Every interaction left me feeling more stressed and like I was being treated as if I were a criminal, rather than a customer. The lack of resolution to my issue has been infuriating, dragging on without any care or urgency. This has made the entire process a stressful ordeal. I am done with Binance—never again! A crook tried to compromise my Binance account. Binance texted me. The Binance employee I nicknamed "That's Completely Fine" (as he said that well over 30 times) was a childish, totally unprofessional, and only-half-there gamer who played a video game the whole time I tried to talk to him! NO KIDDING!! The child had a bad headset that made it almost impossible to communicate with him as he cutout so often. I told him that and he never changed it. I would ask questions and sometimes he would affirm what turned out to be totally wrong. It was one of the most frustrating "customer service" experiences of my life. He too got frustrated and eventually kept hanging up on me! REALLY!! How can you effectively deal with someone with defective communication equipment and whose main attention is directed at a video game? YOU CAN'T! My crypto is heading to another exchange this week. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!

I'm sitting trying to place an order for my friends birthday. I add a shirt to my cart and then proceed to checkout. More than five times it tells me my cart is empty so I have to go back and go thru the entire process again. When my order finally goes thru and I click pay, the shirt is now out of stock. I go back to change the size and realize that the size I wanted orignally is now back in stock! After putting in all my info again, I click pay and again they say they're out of stock... Very frustrating. The site also made me confirm I was not a robot every single time I was forced to go back to add items to my cart... Never again.

I am a buyer & seller on Mercari. I have had a good experience with Mercari. My only issue is I have two orders I am currently filling. We had a terrible snow storm & I was unable to drive. Mercari gives you 3 days to drop off the item. I was stuck for a week. I updated my customers daily & both were understanding. They are both stuck in the snow storm also. However Mercari started sending me warnings the orders would be cancelled if I didn't send the product. I wish there was a way to request an extension under circumstances like this.If you see something on Mercari you like but are concerned about scams look at seller reviews. Message the seller with questions. If they fail to answer beware. Look at how long they have been selling on the site. Review all items they are selling. If things don't seem right don't buy it. There are a lot of legit sellers on Mercari. I have bought & sold on Mercari with great experiences. The issues I have had with receiving a broken item or an item not described right they have taken care of. Again if a seller does not communicate with you in a timely manner or at all steer clear.

To be honest, Discord is still one of the best chat platforms. Yes, there is a ton of unnecessary features and the Nitro subscriptions can get a little annoying, but you can still do everything you could do when the app launched, no problem.My big complaint is that Discord recently changed the layout of the mobile app. Previously, the server bar was located on the bottom of the screen, easy to access with one hand. Recently, they changed that so the servers are on the far left side of the screen, in order to be more consistent with desktop. This forces you to reach the top left corner of your screen, the farthest distance you can reach with one left hand. This is just a minor complaint, however.Overall, I wish they would stop adding stupid features like profile frames and profile effects, but at the same time, if it makes it so the service lasts for even just a month longer, whatever.

An amazon delivery driver damaged the gate at the front of my residence (which is a driveway gate not a pedestrian gate) when he tried to pull it open rather than simply ringing the doorbell. He was videotaped by a Ringcam in the process (ironically sold by Amazon). He dislodged the gate by forcefully trying to open it. He did not disclose that he had damaged the gate when he delivered the package though clearly being aware he had caused damage to it as he tried to push it back in without success. A repairman had to be called and I had to pay for the gate to be fixed. The claim was reported to amazon. To date, several phone calls, several emails, a filed claim, and still no reimbursement from Amazon. They tell me I need to deal with their insurance company, ARC. ARC sent an email saying they will respond within five days. A number of weeks have gone by and no response. Several phone calls to Amazon have yielded nothing but a referral to their insurance company's voicemail. I pointed out to them I did not buy their product from the insurance company but from Amazon and it was Amazon that is responsible for damaging my gate. I pointed out I have been a loyal customer and that this is a customer service issue and that whatever dealings they have with their insurance company are not my problem but theirs. Amazon has done nothing to assist me. Their customer service is pathetic and does not bode well for the continued success of this company. Despite their accumulated riches during the pandemic they are sure to lose a large portion of their customers over time with these practices. Not only has their customer service been bad but their delivery driver failed to disclose the damage caused to my gate. This company cannot be trusted and I will be ceasing my membership. They should be ashamed of themselves for pocketing massive profits while leaving it to the consumer to deal with problems they cause when delivering products.

That being said you can find some decent prices on Amazon listed items. I often check here before ordering on Amazon and have saved some decent money doing so.DO NOT PURCHASE REFURBISHED ELECTRONICS FROM WOOT

Really bad return experience, I have returned two orders A042744159 and A042683792 to PostNord in Nov, but the none of them have return the money to my bank. No communication to customer service can be found on the website to report that. Angry!
