The login boxes are missing when I go to the site. I've cleared cache and cookies nothing works. I have to open a private tab in the browser to log in. The dropdown menu doesn't work once I've got in. When trying to set up an event the venue location won't search so I have to set the location as TBA. Images won't load. All in all it's a terrible, frustrating experience.

Customer service? 0. Called in regards a parcel I've ordered with the next day delivery which was not delivered AT ALL. Have been told to allow 3 days(up to 14th - today) to be delivered or to call back. Called back just to be told to allow up to 25th of November for them to do an investigation with the courier(Amazon doing an investigation with Amazon). I have asked for a replacement to be made with the next day delivery which i was refused. I have asked to be put through a manager who introduced himself as Jason who repeated like a robot I am forced to wait until 25th of November because they refuse to create a replacement order or to refund. When I have tried to explain that this is not my business and they should keep their part of the deal BY SENDING THE ITEMS I'VE ORDERED AND PAID FOR this dude Jason hung up the call. Customer service? DISGUSTING. I will like a replacement order to be created with the next day delivery AND a gesture of goodwill for this horrendous customer service!

McAfee gets a lot of bad press but it's really efficient and a great product for a relatively low price, problems are often sorted out quickly and I have never had a virus since starting my subscription. Technical support isn't great but a lot of the time you don't need to use them, and otherwise I highly recommend

To be honest I'm surprised with all the negative reviews. I guess people with bad experiences are more likely to leave feedbacks. But Bol is a great platform. Both the website and the app have a modern and user-friendly design. Customer Care is always friendly and helpful (Telephone & Twitter [my personal favorite]). I've rarely had issues with deliveries (only once thanks to the courier). Prices always seems to be on the fairest side compare to the other platform. Free installation, unboxing & retrieval of the old device for big appliances is a great addition.The only thing I miss in the website is support for additional languages like English.

Massive delays on my playstation order with no information about the arrival (but the money taken before the order is processed). It takes hours to get through to customer service and when you do they either give you incorrect arrival dates or tell you they are escalating your case to a group that does not contact you in the advised timeline. I still have not received the playstation or any information about its arrival.

As an owner, the boundaries VRBO sets up to preclude you from speaking to a real person is shameful. But if you are tenacious and get through, then you have the challenge of talking to someone offshore with broken English. I won't bore you with the details, but twice in the last year the VRBO support staff proved incapable of even the most basic tasks. So frustrating.

Loyal Customers with RCCL and fabulous IF you have no complaints - sadly we wrote a leter asking for clarification on some issues and were sent a standard letter offering a future discount of £100 and a standard response which was totally incorrect!! Even after 2 e-mails they still did not address the issues raised - sometimes its about customer service not money off !!!!

Due to cruise canceled because of Covid. It has been not a pleasant experience dealing with customer service and supervisors in billing . I was suppose to receive c credit back from my cruise. It’s a very long story. But the short version is they credited back another card on the account which wasn’t mine. I had told them over and over to use the other card on the account. They all agreed, and was never told otherwise. With that being said the credit card company where the credit went to was willing to release the money back to Royal Caribbean, but they wouldn’t make the call. I lost my cruise credit and my money. I have been a few cruises with them in the past. You would think they would try to be more accommodating. I would never cruise with them again. Horrible customer service

Wife and I did a royal caribbean cruise last year to coco cay Bahamas and Hati chalking it up the timing going during Hurricane season we could not do alot of are excursions. We booked a new cruise for 2024 March 13 to 20 for alaska living on east coast going to West coast we needed a flight so contacted royal they said yeh we can help you with that they booked a flight of same day departure .we arrive at airport at 430 am are flight was supposed to take off at 515 am was delayed for 2 hrs causing us to miss connection flight .contacted royal explained what was going on they asked if I could drive lol .I got the protection plan to if I did not mention so I try filing a claim threw AON insurance waiting I was told I am not eligible for a refund because of flight delay worse cruise life ever will not ever use roa royal again

We purchased a 65UK64 LG TV from an elderly lady who won it as a prize (all documentation provided). It wouldn’t go when we unpacked it after getting it home. We contacted LG immediately and in short following approximately 30 emails from hubby and myself and multitudes of phone calls with the utterly useless “customer service” reps we still don’t have a TV as they insisted it was sent for repair (10 working days!!). We have repeatedly asked for BRAND NEW TV to be replaced as we sold our smaller on but they fail to acknowledge that they have supplied a product that is faulty when quite frankly it should have been picked up in QC checks.

When you contact them and they finally reply they give random answers and the issue is never solved. After 6 months back and forth I actually found that their documents never download full page and, if you simply add your file to your website as a link, it will open full page, without Issuu.Dreadful customer service.Awful advice... In fact the advice is the worst I've ever received.Will be warning others to go elsewhere.Issuu are the worst company I've dealt with. They never ever resolve problems.Awful. Waste of money. Avoid.

IKEA online kitchen planner difficult to use - switched to a free online room planner in the end, which was better designed, had plenty of options, and easier to use. Kitchen planning online all automated, involved, and easy to miss an email leading to the appointment being cancelled.Re-booked online appointment - had email direct from IKEA employee this time - only able to send one email in reply.There's no record of my new appointment against my login, can't add any documents. Called the customer service line given for kitchen planning, 5 different sets of options, some sets of options didn't apply to kitchen planning (were about buying, faults or returns etc.). Got through to someone who said the line was bad and they couldn't understand.Really frustrating big company and extremely poorly thought out IT.Will go elsewhere for my kitchen
