We purchased a 65UK64 LG TV from an elderly lady who won it as a prize (all documentation provided). It wouldn’t go when we unpacked it after getting it home. We contacted LG immediately and in short following approximately 30 emails from hubby and myself and multitudes of phone calls with the utterly useless “customer service” reps we still don’t have a TV as they insisted it was sent for repair (10 working days!!). We have repeatedly asked for BRAND NEW TV to be replaced as we sold our smaller on but they fail to acknowledge that they have supplied a product that is faulty when quite frankly it should have been picked up in QC checks.
