This is one of those “if i can give a lower rating, i would” type of reviews. I bought two tickets for this event happening on halloween, took place in NY, I live in NJ. Made the trip to arrive at the described location and right-on early. Get to the bouncer…..there was already another event happening? Apparently, the one i bought tickets for was cancelled… i got no such notification. Correction, i got an email 40 minutes before it was supposed to start. Obviously, this was a scam. Should’ve known bc my email was getting blown up by eventbrite. But i really didn’t think this app would even allow for such things but, ive learned the hard way. There needs to be more legislation regarding apps for event management and small businesses. It just seems like anyone can do anything these days. There needs to be accountability on the end of these apps and websites.

I’d been using my Ahrefs account for about two months, then it got blocked. They did refund me, which I appreciate, since it happened just two days after I renewed my subscription. But still, there was no warning, no heads-up, nothing. And just like that, I lost all my tracking data.So I reached out to support to figure out what happened, but all I got was a vague explanation about their abuse policy. No real answers.Then I tried again. I created a brand-new account on April 8th, hoping to start fresh. This time, I added two extra user seats, just in case the issue was related to multiple users on one account. That’s my best guess as to why the first one got blocked—and honestly, that’s fair. But guess what? That account got blocked too, on April 10th. Same story, same runaround.I really think there might be a misunderstanding here—I’m just trying to figure out what’s going on. But their response was basically:"We will not be providing this detail to you as we reserve the right to withhold additional details..." followed by a link to their Terms.Honestly, that’s super frustrating. If something’s wrong, just tell me what it is so I can fix it.

After subscribing to the digital and print edition, I get zero print editions delivered in 3 months, impossible to cancel account as website utterly broken, one single vague response that does not answer my questions, cut off half way through chat with no answers fully, serious issues on GDPR, and after 7+ emails over 5 days to support (non existant) asking specific and important question related to my service and account not one single reply at all, nothing in spam so 100% ignored, astounding arrogance!!! STEER WELL CLEAR.
