DO NOT BUY A GoPro DIRECTLY FROM THEIR WEBSITE especially from outside the USA.If you need to buy a GoPro, buy from a 3rd party vendor. DO NOT purchase directly from GoPro.I inadvertently purchased 2 Hero10 with Accessory packages directly from their website (I bought one and found out my wife also bought the exact same one a couple days earlier as a surprise for me). So i tried to return the one I bought. Total hassle and didn't get a full refund.Firstly, although their customer service representatives are prompt to connect with you generally, I was unable to cancel the order I made although it hadn't even shipped yet as it was only about 90 minutes after I made the online purchase. I was reassured by the representative that I would be refunded all the expenses and costs of my purchase once I had returned the device back to GoPro as I had to wait to receive the package to return it to them.Secondly, once the package arrived it took me 3 calls to GoPro customer service to actually get a return shipping label. What a waste of my time. Every time I spoke to someone I was reassured I would receive a shipping label via email within 24hrs. I waited several days in between each request.Thirdly, now that I have actually returned the device and everything back to GoPro, they now state that the $126 i paid to them for taxes and duties is non-refundable. So my return is considerably less than what I paid in the first place. This is NOT clearly made known anywhere during the purchase process.I buy a ton of stuff online and have never had issues like this from any product provider ever until having to deal with this company.Believe me I won't ever be buying anything from their website again even if it is cheaper. And I am sure there are a number of comparable products that offer better support and return policies and that stick to what they say.Once again, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from their online website.

Signed up for Ubisoft+, entered a card, and paid for a 1 month subscription. Zara Clothing Online Sales Not to Be Trusted !!I made an online purchase on the 1st May with a 7 day delivery lead time . It’s the 13th June and I have still not received my order .This was for a special occasion of which I have had to make an alternate purchase .I have been asking for a refund since May , and all they do is to defer delivery date .Will this end !!I am asking for my money back !!!

My account was immediately suspended for no reason, just after the payment was taken from my account of course.The customer support does not answer

The Motor Trend store is a straight ripoff. I placed an order 6 weeks ago and still haven't received anything. They charged my card the day that I placed the order, but now they won't even respond to the emails that I send their customer support. The Motor Trend store and the Wildflower Group they use are just a scam.

I've been a customer for Ebay for 10years i had problems with 2 parcels about a week or 2 befofe Christmas in 2024 as they was left unsecured and unattended on my doorstep in an apetment block that doesnt have any security doors i explained all of the and my personal finacally problems being a single parent and how my children had to suffer because of this, Ebay blamed the courier service used in the delivery and didn't offer me any help in recovering my items or a refund. It took me over 2 months to get EVRI to accept full liability for these issues then Ebay told me because it had gone over the 30 day period they couldn't help me with a refund even tho they explained to me multiple times over the phone they would. I will never ever use this company again disgraceful and disgusting costumer service to a member of over 10years. If I could give you a minus 100 rating I would vile thieving company that only cares about themselves. Waste of my time and waste of my money 👎👎👎👎👎
