Review of getresponse
I've been using GetResponse for many years now, and it continues to be one of the most powerful platforms for email marketing and customer communication. Recently, I had an interaction with their support team, and I must say — the experience was exceptional. Quick, professional, and genuinely helpful. What really sets GetResponse apart today is the integration of artificial intelligence into their automation tools. It gives you an unmatched level of control and efficiency, turning your email list into your most valuable business asset. Unlike social media platforms, your email list belongs to you — and GetResponse helps you make the most of it.If you're serious about building lasting customer relationships and generating real business results, there’s no better place to put your trust than in the hands of experts. GetResponse is not just a marketing tool — it’s a growth engine.

After many years I've decided to end my membership.Main reasons -Next day deliveries being a few days more frequently - sometimes items I wanted next day to pass on to family or friends.2 lost deliveries recently, things I needed quickly!Labelling items as vegan when they're not.

Amazon in the US is great. Amazon in the UK is hell. Polar opposites. Hubris, arrogant customer service reps, back end logistics up the creek. Total disorganization, poor KYC policies, and at the end of the day customer support blames the AI algorithms. Never again. I will drop Amazon UK as soon as I close off my last nightmare experience.

They charged from my bank account, I was using it free trial and then they charged me, after they charged me, I request refund, they have terms of use and they say in there ''During any free trial portion of a Seeking Alpha subscription, you may cancel your trial subscription at any time (and not be billed) by notifying us as provided in the paragraph immediately above. You must cancel your trial subscription no later than one (1) day before the free trial period expires in order to avoid conversion to a paid subscription. For subscription products offering a limited 30-day money back guarantee, you must cancel your subscription no later than one (1) day before the 30-day limited money back guarantee period expires in order to receive a refund for the remaining 11 months of your subscription.'' Despite this, they are not refunding my money and they state that premium membership is not covered by the refund, although it is not written anywhere.

You sign up for a package only to find out you have to buy another one. You do that too... and then you still get advertising for an even bigger package all the time.I had the Alpha Picks package. The results are embellished and a lot of other things were questionable for me. The smallest win is celebrated, losses are downplayed. It is buying advice with the constant disclaimer that it is not buying advice and that the team are not licensed advisors?I have switched off the subscription. No confirmation was received and the switch was on again a few days later. So turned it off again. After that it stayed like that. It's often strange with the technical problems... :-))))))And then you come across this site and then the obvious fake reviews. Somehow everything fits together and gives an overall impression.

For some reason, my website stopped recognizing my password and, to compound matters, would not let me re-set the password. While our website was able to be seen and navigated by potential customers, I could not access it for editing and updates. Benjamin and Albert worked to troubleshoot the problem. Albert recognized that the only way to solve the problem was to allow me to come into my website another way and let him re-load the website at his end. Working together, we solved the problem and our website is now accessible to me once again. I really have enjoyed working with our website through Jimdo (so easy! so many options!) and, in the rare instance where there has been a problem or question, customer service has been polite and helpful.

We request you to provide us time till 26 May, 11:30 AM to get back to you. And this was on 24th and today when I called I got this again "We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We will resolve your problem by 07 Jun, 4:00 PM. You will get a call from a number starting with +9180679"...Horrible n useless service I have to wait to so long for my own money..

Bought the most expensive phone in their lineup, Galaxy Fold 5 with a trade-in. I called to ask for a box or label to send the trade-in device once I got the phone. I was told they will extend the timeline to send the trade-in back and also put a stop to charge $300 on my credit card. I sent in the trade-in. Now it is being returned to me as "item received after due date" and I have been charged $300 on the cc. Not sure why they refuse to live up to their own word. However, after being a loyal Samsung user for over 10 years, I have now moved to other providers and have banned buying samsung products at my office of about 75 employees. Disappointed to say the least.
