I accidentally put my old address for shipping. It got delivered, and current resident of my old address denied receiving any package under my name. Apparently the package was received and signed at the the time of delivery, tried to get reimbursement since it is clearly not me who signed it, but it was refused because anybody can sign and received the package and they don't have a responsibility. It was even more frustrated since they open the claim and closed it without any notification and no reasonable explanation. I had to contact them multiple times and spent numerous time to follow up.

Awful. They Cancelled 4 orders because they cannot “verify” my payment details. Tried to blame my bank, I got a USA PayPal to try that way. No.I was told folk who live in the USA but have banking and billing addresses outside the USA with Santander (Europe) aren’t allowed to purchase anything. To summarise unless you have the same shipping and billing addresses all of your orders will get declined so it’s a waste of time.

I’ve contacted GetYourGuide four times this week requesting an official invoice for a tour I booked — and I still haven’t received any response with a timeline or resolution.This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional, especially since I need the invoice for accounting purposes and this should be a basic service.It’s unacceptable that a company operating internationally fails to provide such a simple document or at least communicate a proper timeframe. I expected much better support.

The service does not work. Depending on where you are located and what website you visit. It slows down a lot your browser. I had to change for Nord VPN, which slows down a little bit the browser as well but works for every websites. The one star is also for not letting your customer know that they will be charged even if they cancel online the service without complaining directly to your customer service. After 3 days of trial I cancelled it but guess what, the refund is not automatic. You have to complain to customer service online within the 30 days to get a refund...The policy is really borderline. I don't recommend at all and I suggest the company to improve the communication on the trial policy. I am pretty sure I am not the only one.
