Customer support is excellent. I'm not a tech expert and I rely on platforms I use to guide me when I stumble on something I can't search. Their customer support is available 24/7 and I'm so grateful! I also like having many different service options available for what I need in my multiple projects.

This is absolutely the worst company to work with. I was sold products for my business that DON'T DO WHAT WAS PROMISED- Their FleetComplete product is garbage, it didn't work for a week and the wrong transponders were ordered. I was then told that I had to upgrade and PAY MORE to get what I needed. When I tried to call for help the representative repeatedly attempted to upsell me on addditional products instead of SOLVING MY PROBLEM.

I cancelled auto-renewal and they still charged me! Over the phone, they suggested a 40% refund which I refused in favor of a 100% refund. They said this was fine and will be processed. They they only refunded the 40%. The phone centre is a bunch of SCAMMERS

If a could give a minus review, I would. This company is awful. Save yourself the trouble. I received a confirmation for a hotel that did not show up on my Agoda account. They never responded to my email and the customer service person said they could not help me. I am flying from the US to Turkey don’t have confirmation of a hotel.

Hotel California. Once you sign up, you can't leave. They've just taken £93 from my account for a subscription I'm not using, despite me desperately trying for 30 minutes last night to cancel my subscription. You can't even find an email address for them to complain. Disgusting. Shame because the software isn't bad. I'd give that 3.5 stars.
