In my opinion, the number one tool for backlink analysis. No other tool shows so much backlink data and I've used Moz, SEMRush and SEO Powersuite. However, the volumes and other metrics for keyword research can be a little off at times, especially when the volume is to the lower side.

Just had the best customer service experience in a long time with Adobe. I have had cancelled my free trial of Lightroom few months ago but yesterday I suddenly found out I keep getting charged for Lightroom. I was furious. When I tried to cancel the subscription it said it’d be charged early cancellation fee. Made me livid. But the customer service was very helpful when I asked for cancellation and full refund for the previous months. It was done in few minutes and I have my money back today already. Great experience, very quick and professional overall. Thanks a lot!

Company did not send confirmation email for booking. Now i can not cancel although the hotel has a confirmed booking itself. Customer service is a joke. There is no direct contact and the online messenger is a bot that kicks you out after a few attempts and won't let you back in for an hour. Company is a SCAM. DO NOT USE

Bought Sumsung phone at Target. The sealed plastic wrapped package (untampered with) clearly stated on box that adaptor was included but it wasn't.Went through days of communication with repetitive bots and finally a human "manager" who refused to send adaptor, said it was Target's problem (although sealed misrepresentative packaging was samsung's and was just shipped to Target for sale), but offered to sell me an adaptor for $40 (that costs $16 or less at Walmart.)REFUSED to stand behind their product package claim despite being provided proof of what it said and instead tried to put the responsibility on the retailer. Ridiculous. Never again, especially not for any product/appliance that's expensive like a refrigerator etc to have them not stand behind it. Just for the principle of it, wasted lots of time on worst customer treatment ever and they showed no interest in improving. So be advised to skip the grief and buy from a reputable manufacturer that won't stiff you... don't even deserve 1 star.

Unbelievably shocking and appalling service! DO NOT waste your time and money. I had an extensive medical in Nov 2021. While the clinicians and medical staff appeared competent while I was there, it is impossible to receive a response over email about when I might be able to receive my results. 6 weeks of sending polite emails and not a single reply. All I have received so far is the transcript of the conversation I had with the Dr which isn’t very enlightening as it was basically a poor written version of my conversation with him. No other feedback on any of the other many medical and blood tests. If you do a quick Glass Door search which provides an assessment of employee contentment levels, you will see everyone complains of a toxic working environment and poor communication. Something is clearly very wrong there but for the prices they are charging private clients they need to rectify quickly. The only positive thing is that they are so useless that they haven’t even chased me for payment. Probably about to go bust or taken over….
