Facebook allows users to post videos that can be horrific, such as animal cruelty, discrimination and even abuse of persons regadless of age and cyber bullying, and self-harm. Yet when these posts are reported, Facebook will gaslight whistleblowers and pretend that the whistleblower is wrong. This site promotes videos/posts that should quite frankly, be banned. Zuckerberg should hang his head in shame! Where are the Facebook agents or customer service contacts when we need them? Bloody awful!

Got coupon in mail for $30 off if you buy shoes over $49 for Aug 18-Oct 9, 2022. Drove to store. Shopped for Saucony Running shoes at $64.99At NO point is there ANY signage saying Saucony brand/model is excluded from couponNo signs in ENTIRE store. Waited in line to pay. Cashier informs me that Saucony brand is excluded for this specific coupon. Where did I see this I ask?He says the customer has to look it up for EACH coupon because it keeps changingYou have to look up EACH specific coupon. What if I don’t have a cell phone or laptop to look up exclusions?I look up specific coupon and see that a hundred brands are ALL excluded.Only a few brands will work with this coupon. So that means if I had taken 15 pairs of shoes to cash register, all the good brands would have been excluded. There is No signage telling customers what is excluded- so I wasted time trying on shoes and waiting in line and driving there to be told “ the coupon does not work”This is a case of consumer fraud. Leading consumer to believe that they can use the coupon when they literally can’t. Complete waste of time. If I could give them a zero I would. .So how is this supposed to work?? Do I have to look up the exact shoes I want at home and check the long list of excluded brands” before wasting my time to drive & shop there?? Let’s say Saucony was not excluded, then I go there and my size is not there.In the past DSW mailed me shoes when they didn’t have the right size and they got that completely WRONG too. I paid for the pro version about a week ago and have used it extensively. The first day I used it, I was blown away; the text it generated was amazing, and it picked up on every detail I would give it in the prompt. It gave me better output than GPT4o (to which I am also subscribed). However, I don't know what happened after that first day, but the output took a significant nosedive. Right now, I'm struggling to even get a half-decent response from Cloude. I'll be canceling my subscription, but am hopeful they can fix things with the next-gen model.

In last 2 months or so, it has become unbearably buggy and when I reach out to customer service, they simply ask me to stop using chess.com if it is not working!They asked me to not renew my subscription - what more can you say?Going through list of issues I have reported in last 2 months itself shows how buggy is this service!

I felt compelled to write this review because Amazon’s quality control has seriously deteriorated. My last two orders arrived in unacceptable condition—both clearly used.First, I purchased Avène Cleanance Sun Cream, only to receive a bottle that had already been opened. The cap was smudged with sun cream, and there were visible fingerprints. Then, I ordered a fan, and the box was damaged—badly enough that someone had tried to patch it up with paper and tape. When I opened it, the fan blades were missing entirely.How is Amazon still operating like this? From now on, I’ll shop locally or buy directly from manufacturers. It really feels like this giant is starting to fall.

Amazon UK getting totally unreliable. Ordered a garden greenhouse 3 weeks ago and have since received two emails saying delayed and sent updated delivery date which has just passed by again. Also just ordered Greenworks hedge trimmer which has also been delayed. Tried cancelling but system would not accept this as orders where in process. Contacted customer services and was told that my Greenhouse order would be cancelled. However, it hasn't been cancelled

I would give this a 0 star if i could.My case:Macbook pro - up to date on OSPurchased a 2 year subscription.Exactly 31 days after, the Firewall feature stops working - so McAfee now becomes a useless anti-virusI call tech support - first rep cannot help even after remote session and restarting my laptopI call tech support a 2nd time - I get told by that rep that I cannot get a refund even though the software doesn't work then that rep HANGS UP ON MEI call tech support a 3rd time, the lady understands and is very professional, she refunds me ! And send in a report about rep #2.I'm very disappointed because McAfee was suggested to me by a family member. Now i'm going to inform that family member to no longer use McAfee - I highly advise you stay away from this POS as well --- or try at your own risks.

I just had a dish washer delivered to my home today from Best Buy. They charged us for delivery and to remove the old dishwasher. They told us that they couldn't remove the old dish washer that we paid $60 for because we didn't unhook the wires in the back (we were not told to do that) and they wouldn't install it because they told us that instillation wasn't included. We would have taken the wires off and had them install it, and paid, but they didn't care to do that. Their service was to put the new dishwasher in my living room with the extra parts that we ordered for instillation, and leave. They said that they'd have BB contact us regarding the issue, but they never did. I had to call 3 different people. Unfortunately, if you call the store directly, nobody answers, it's directed to a worldwide customer service center that would rather read off of a script than help. So no help from the delivery people, and no help from customer service. Now we have to pay $189 for instillation and wait another week for them to come install it. Thank you Best Buy for nothing but more of a mess and the horrible customer service. Maybe you should tell your workers that when we sit with them to discuss what we are buying, instead of trying to sell more parts and services, they should ask if you want the machine installed. I honestly thought that was a commonsense thing and that it was added.

I have used AVG since the early 2000's when I retired and moved to Kerrville from Houston, we had need of some computer expert's advice and he recommended AVG. Been using them ever since. They are reliable and helpful when needed.

I am really horrified at how many people have complained about American Express and their customer service. In the past, I’ve had no problems but today it was pure hell trying to get help. their employees are snippy and obnoxious like they’ve been put through the wringer. What a shame I’d love American Express now it’s in the shredder.
