More and more spam is coming from their service now.Spam for fake websites (phishing), fake supports, fake banks, fake public plateforms, stealing contact information, banking information, threats, pressure, racketeering, scammers, making people believe payments have been declined, attempted bank fraud...Despite complaints to SPAMCOP, and to you, nothing is happening.Thank you for destroying victims, lives, and pushing the unthinkable because you do nothing to expel and punish spammers and other malicious actors.

I tried the cell phone service for less than a week and they want $600.00. I called customer service several times and went back to the store twice. They don't care. They want to either overcharge you or ruin your credit and they don't care which. We'd be better served by the mob.

Have set up the account to specifically say what to do with parcels if no one at home, although we were at home agent did not bother to ring the bell or knock on the door, just left parcel in full view of passing public on front door step, inviting someone to pick up. Should have left at the back door where we have a camera that can monitor at least. Called customer service to ask if this could be rectified in the future but not able to talk to anyone other than robot and their responses were just I'm sorry to hear that, just a poor company with no real thought for customer will not bother using again

I ordered grocery items, those were 6 items, they gave 5 items and took money for 6 items, moreover amount was 861, the delivery man of Ekart said 868, I was not at home, and he cheated. But Flipkart could not resolve the problems, they call in morning when I became busy, after that they say you are not available,then I have already used 5 items - rice, biscuits etc and passed 7 days and complaint closed

I called for a battery jump at 530 pm. I am a gold member with a 2 year membership. I needed a jump in a very populated area and they said it would be 3 hours before someone would come to help me. I feel that is unacceptable. I have been a member for 5 plus years. I had to get a jump from a complete stranger. I'm very disappointed with the service. I would cancel my service, if I hadn't already paid for a 2 year agreement. So sad, you leave a a gold member at 64 years old sitting in her car for 3 hours. I just got off work and my car was in a safe place at a grocery store. I just wanted to go home

This by far is the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. It almost feels like the person taking care of you is on vacation, and they reply whenever they want. Been trying to get my 2F authentication either reset or removed from my account. It’s been 10 days and not a sign. ive had different issues and its always the same.
