I have been using Ecosia for years now, having switched over in an effort to begin moving away from Google's privacy issues and hard push for AI-generated tools. I was disappointed when I found out today that Ecosia had established its own AI-summary tool in the search engine. I was even more disappointed when, while trying to turn off this feature, the setting would reset every time I "saved" my preferences. I assume this problem will be fixed soon, or that if I made an Ecosia account my preferences would actually remain, but the fact that this AI tool is opt-out rather than opt-in in the first place just makes me think that Ecosia is going the way of everything else on the internet. I will not be using this search engine again.

I am extremely disappointed with Sendinblue's response to my concerns regarding my account. Their response was vague and did not address my specific concerns or provide any useful information as to why my account was invalidated.I have been a loyal customer of Sendinblue for a considerable amount of time, and I am deeply dissatisfied with the lack of communication and assistance I received from their support team.Their response only added to my frustration and did not provide any explanation as to why my account failed their validation process. Instead, they referred to a potential vulnerability without providing any specifics or evidence to support their claims.Overall, I would not recommend Sendinblue based on my experience. Their lack of transparency and poor customer service are major red flags for anyone looking to use their service.

I have had my Nest outdoor camera for about 3 years now but truthfully I wish I had never bought the thing and it will be soon going in the bin. After about 9 months my first camera broke and wouldnt connect to wifi. Google in fairness quickly replaced but after about another 9 months it once again broke and had to be replaced. Every time it loses connection it is a real nightmare to get its connection back so much so that at many times I have wanted to take a hammer to it. Not sure if other manufactures are as bad but they couldnt be worse

So many commercials, and so many times you come back from the commercial mid play, or so late you don’t get to hear the final thought on the play being reviewed. On October 17th at 3:41pm it’s has been almost 24 hours for me just to get a battery .I have been getting the run around since yesterday the contract company Hammond Towing keeps telling them coming and never shows up. At this point my faith in them has been shot. I’m glad that I was not stranded . I will be going to write the better business bureau. I’m not a happy customer. This has been a horrible experience.

Horrible management customer service. This past year we had twin boys and have spent thousands at Target as it had become our to go place for anything we needed for our babies. However this past weekend left a very bad taste. We went into the store at Memorial attached to Memorial City mall in Houston for what we expected to be a quick hassle free return of a $30 birthday gift our in laws gave our babies. For some reason the lady at the return counter was having trouble processing the return and in order to avoid holding up the line we decided to move aside and politely ask a lead/manager by the name of Matt Mutschler if he could please assist since we had the item in it's original packaging and online receipt with the bar code that clearly stated "this barcode works as your receipt for in-store returns". He very rudely and in a condecending manner refused to even look at the item or the receipt and told us that if the system was not finding it there was nothing he could do. We asked how we could proceed to return the item in this situation since it was purchased 3 days ago and he said he couldn't think of any options and proceeded to walk away. Without even looking at the clearly new unused item in it's original box and the receipt, he did quickly mention it may be an old item we were trying to return. Since we had never had this issue before, we decided to call Target's customer service from the store and they said that what we had is all we needed to process the return. We approched Matt again while he was speaking with a cashier and addressed this to him. Since she quickly noticed he had no interest in assisting or even looking at the item or receipt she offered to give it a try herself to see if she could help. It took her less than a minute to process the return and said she did not understand why the original cashier at the return counter was not able to process and that she might be a new employee. I understand new employees need time to get acquainted with the system however there is no excuse for a lead supervisor to refuse to even try to assist when one of their new associates is having trouble processing what should have been a simple return. We hope this gets to someone with some authority at Target and is addressed and given serious attention since I'm sure we are not the only customers that have been treated in this very unprofessional manner by this supervisor.

Never in my life have I been treated worse by a company and Comcast is my ISP and Verizon my Cell provider.. great job target wow. Target had a sale, buy 3 movies, video games or books get the 3rd (cheapest) for free. I was buying 2 of the more expensive items listed below without even knowing about the promotion until about to checkout so this makes less sense. Id also been a customer for 20 years which their very detailed sales data showed (id know I worked there years prior before data collection was even considered invasive)So I bought 3 movies, all 3 not sold in stores and target was the only site that had them at the time. Fringe Blu-ray complete Series (nearly$120 at the time), The Shield Blu-ray complete series ($80) and Veronica Mars complete series DVD ($29).Veronica Mars was the cheapest and a great gift for my wife (cause she wanted it and NOBODY had it for years not cause it was cheap lol). So I submit the order and like 4 hours later it got cancelled. I figured some weird error happened so I did the order again. Same thing, cancelled no reason given. This is the first time I've ever shopped on targets siteI contacted support and they told me they would investigate and get back to me, meanwhile I checked the sale terms of the promo and I met them no problem so I had no concerns yet... I wait 3 business days and follow up. I was told they don't know but not to try buying the items a 3rd time so I don't (no reason why or anything beyond that) then they give me a phone number to call. I'm slightly concerned because the promo is about to end but not getting a free thing isn't world ending. I call and I'm immediately told I'm banned FOREVER from shopping on the website but never told why or what was going on and to buy the items In store... I tell them the site says "not sold in stores" on literally all 3 items.. I'm seriously told owell too bad and they hang up. No reason given just banned. Even my wife is banned and we have a long shopping history with target which they track based on address. Shopping online gets banned by email, payment info as well as shipping address so don't try buying something and sending it to a neighbor or they get banned too according to a later call I made when trying to get Veronica Mara by itself because target was the only store that had even sold it within the last decade in a complete set. *Update*I checked by trying to buy 3 books, order cancelled. I even waited a few months and order a kitchen knife set... cancelled. Target is a waste of money and time. We have stopped shopping there completely, all because once I shopped too well and would have gotten a $40 DVD set free after spending like $200 on the other 2. I'm not even a sale/promo shopper.. this was by chance and my first online purchase ever from them. I can't even make on online order for store pickup. *Update below- 3/24*It's now 2024 quite a number of years later. and I still literally can't shop on targets website regardless of order type and despite attempting to get this fixed even recently and despite having moved which is.. ridiculousThankfully I can say I've been able to both save money not shopping there while also getting higher quality goods and no I'm not just buying everything on Amazon. The only shopping habit we changed was target. This is such a ridiculous experience but I can't be alone considering just shopping their own highly advertised sale and buying 3 items triggered it but the fact that they wouldn't fix it so I could buy Veronica Mars is why we stopped shopping there and never will again.

Try having just a little consideration for people working at the lower grades. Taking a bonus off grade 11’s because the grade 10 pay is too close. Wouldn’t occur to them to actually improve grade 10 pay to more than a few pence above minimum wage. Try communicating with upper management! Hilarious! state of shock that you would dare to do that. Higher management far too happy with themselves. Talk to people on lower grades! their opinion of you is low. Try to appreciate your workers a little more, would not recommend as employers under any circumstances

Update The issue was resolved and finally heard back. I’m big on transparency and communication! They need to let folks know of an estimated response time as well as further details about the process of new accounts. If they can do that then I will give them five stars. As of now I’ll continue to use them on my platform for supporters. Don’t even bother emailing them, you’ll get no response! They wanted verification so I did and account still not verified that’s when I emailed “support.” Radio silence. I’ll give it a few more days then I’m refunding all of my awesome supporters

So I emailed the support team for help, and in six days they made it anonymous, and even apologised for the wait time. They were very kind and straightforward solved my issue.
