Honestly, the worst service ever. Bought UFC 3 points recently, because quite honestly UFC 4 is the worst game ever made, so I went back to UFC 3. I have not received my points and this is now day 6, I have contacted EA support 4 times now, every single time I am asked for information, I go away, provide the information, and they then ask for more. the final straw came today, I provided 11 different screenshots as they asked, and they were rejected because 2 of them were not full sized screenshots, just a screenshot of my purchase, why do they need to see what tabs I have open or what Apps are on my taskbar? they don't. Today I have also requested to delete my account, they insisted I don't keep it, and when they finally said "ok then" they disconnected from the chat. I have wasted 3 hours of my sunday trying to sort out this, £30 I spent on UFC 3 points and I did not get them.Please Avoid EA, the worst piece of poop (since I can't swear) company out there.

Toothbrushes have broken on me multiple times within 1-2 years. They don't honor the warranty. They issue discount codes that don't work. They have horrible customer service and majority of them in canada don't speak English so they don't understand you.

I have a new 3310 as easier to manage. This started to have charging issues after 3 months. Now no charge. I followed their protocols and tested charger which works fine on another device. Tired another lead and still no charge. So its clear the phone is at fault and needs replacing. They say gone to a higher level and this level is not responding at all and be patient. If your product fails in warranty then replace or repair it. However the failure happening so soon suggest replacement as charging socket on phone is faulty. Now been many days and higher level does not respond. Disgusting customer service from an international company. How dare they have a liscence to sell products they do not support. Being older generation I loved Nokia phones as market leaders but not now. What a disgrace.

I use Spotify almost every day — mostly for music while working or driving, and sometimes for podcasts. The app is easy to use and the playlists usually do a good job of matching my taste. I like that it remembers where I left off and that I can switch between devices without losing my spot.Only complaint is the ads on the free version are a little much if you’re listening for longer periods, and sometimes it repeats the same few songs on certain playlists. But overall, it’s reliable and does what I need it to do.I’ve tried other apps but always end up coming back to this one.

I'm not sure about Samsung phones or tv, but I bought a used Samsung laptop and I honestly love it. It is touchscreen, which I love. I gave 4-star because the charger is a bit wonky, but it works well even for its age. I'm also proud they are moving so many products out of China. Please get all production and all parts not coming from China, that would make me even happier. Apple, well, I hate Apple, they are rotten.

I use the Kroger on Barracks Road in Charlottesville, VA. The last time I was there, on New Year’s Eve, two pharmacists were working, one male and one female. The female pharmacist was basically running around the pharmacy completing prescriptions for me at the check out. The male pharmacist was just wandering around the pharmacy until the female pharmacist asked him if he could help with the line of patients at check out. There was a helpful technician working at the counter for pick as well. The female pharmacist had given some guidance to the technician to fill each patients’ prescription as they arrived at check out, if the prescriptions were not available for pick up. The male pharmacist turned around and basically yelled at the female pharmacist stating, “If that is how you are going to do things then I am not ringing the register anymore and I refuse to help more patients.” The look of shock on the technician’s face is unforgettable. And as a customer to hear him say he refused to help anymore patients has led my entire family of 6 to transfer all of our prescriptions to Costco. The female pharmacist did speak to me and apologize for the situation and asked how she could make it right for me, and I told her that I just wanted my order and wanted to leave, and that I felt sorry for her. This is not the first time I have seen this same male pharmacist raise his voice at that particular female pharmacist. Also the male pharmacist was wearing jeans, and I observed him unable to help another patient assemble some type of inhaler-he asked the female pharmacist to help the patient with the inhaler, and she took her time and explained each step of how to set up the inhaler. It was one of the worst interactions I have had at that pharmacy. The male pharmacist has been there for a few years, and he is consistently rude and unhappy, and he makes all of that known to the customers. He is short with me when I ask when I should come back for my order—at one point he told me, “how would I know, we have no help, it could be 4 hours or 4 days.” And, he walked away from me, that was the end of that discussion. If Kroger wants to stay in business they need to know how their employees interact with us, the customers. I will never return to that pharmacy as long at that male pharmacist is working there.

Facebook is beneficial for maintaining contact with friends and family. I recommend avoiding the Facebook market place, as there are often fraudulent sellers who do not intend to sell items and never respond within weeks or not at all! I have tried seeking an item from a few buyers only to find that they did not deliver it in a timely manner, nor did they respond when I contacted them. If you wish to purchase or sell anything, I would advise using eBay instead.
