Upgraded to an Xbox series X and suddenly EA assign an account I “deleted” over 12 years ago and now won’t let me sign into the account Iv used for 12 years????.They won’t help and instead insist I must know security details:Log into the Email for that account;I can’t log into the Email address linked to the account as it’s an “NTLWORLD.com” account and when Virgin took ownership of NTL I suddenly couldn’t log in so I started a new EA account in about 2012 with a new Xbox gamer tag.The I.P address I used when I set the old account up ??? Who even knows that over 12 years later and after moving home 5 times ????.The EXACT purchase date of a game I played in 2011 just before I “deleted” the old account???? ( in 2023) . …. Sorry EA I forgot to get that Tattooed so I wouldn’t forget it along with that I.P !!!!!.Then they want to know the credit/debit card number on the card ….. I may have used….. In 2010 ???????.Wouldn’t be half as bad but you don’t even get to speak to someone who understands basic English and worse, one “telephone advisor”, when he asked me to name some games I played on the 1st account, repeatedly shouted “THATS NOT AN EA TITLE”.I’m sat on the phone looking at “Command & conquer” and “ Mercenaries 2: World in Flames” both with the EA logo on the bottom right ???.I now cannot play any of the battlefield games I have bought over the years and spent money on due to this issue.Why can’t you just let me sign into my account, literally over night you have caused an issue which Iv never had before and won’t help.Why when I’m using the same gamer tag on the Xbox one and series X and in the time it takes to set up my new series X do you change my account .

I was a lifelong Adidas customer and I recently received the worst customer service experience I have ever had by them. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company to anyone anymore and they have lost my business permanently.

Signed up for a free trial. My fault- I was foolish enough to assume this would be handled professionally. I didn't verify my account, and used the trial for 1 day. No emails or communication from Hootsuite at all from the day I signed up until today.Today, I get a notification from Paypal telling me they have deducted £360 from my credit card. NOW I get emails from Hootsuite confirming my membership, and sending me invoices etc. It's a DISGUSTING way to operate a business. Underhand, immoral and pretty disgusting for a company of this size. Any other company advises you that a debit is due, giving customers the visibility and transparency to make an INFORMED DECISION as required by the FCA.I wonder if this is a way for them to boost profits and earn interest in the time they hold your money for?I have requested a refund and will not hesitate to take this matter further if they do not comply with this request

If I could give negative stars I would. Frozen account for no reason. No suspicious charges. I sent money to my girlfriend then couldn't use it and 2 months later my account is still frozen even after I submitted everything they asked.

Lost £330 from not being able to cancel an unknown subscriptionHad a subscription on an old credit card and cancelling online was impossible. By the time I managed to speak to someone I had racked up £330 of costs and had not once been on the website of read an article.Customer service was incredibly unhelpful, unsympathetic and truly shocking compared to pretty much all other companies I have had similar experiences with.

I left an $800 watch at my VRBO. No chance it wasnt there. I got no reply from VRBO. After finally getting in contact with them after 3 weeks, they proceed to tell me they only hold onto items for 2 weeks. So basically an employee stole it. Vrbo is not clear on contact info and you cant directly contact the location owner. The person helping me is super rude basically telling me to go kick rocks. You think after gettinga standard charge of 200 dollars for cleaning fees that they wouldnt steal your stuff. Im extremely upset. I had a reward system with vrbo, was my go to booking app. Never again. BEWARE

My company bought Salesforce to help with data management from our Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Except that it isn't able to actually pull from the EMR, so now all the employees have to enter all the trackable information in twice, so that we can generate a salesforce report showing productivity. Laughable. Since productivity has tanked since Salesforce... because of Salesforce. Morale isn't doing too hot either.
