I use Canva to do my final book covers. Honestly, I don't see what a lot of these negative reviews are complaining about--as far as the free version of my account.I have been using Canva for a year or two. Frankly, my book cover designs are a big improvement over covers I made with Amazon KDP's Art Painter, which makes my covers look like textbooks.Most of the templates I end up using for my books are made by Canva's in-house staff, but I also have the option to use free or paid templates by artists. I've been using the free ones and I credit the artist in my About The Cover section.I love the fact that artists can post their work on this site and wish I could support them by paying. What saves me is that I can continue using the free version of the site to do my work, and thank you to all the artists putting your work up free! Most of us authors aren't making a whole lot of money. I've made $50 since 2009 on Kindle Direct Publishing, and that's the average most of my peers make.Because of Canva having so many features on the free version, I can have nice book covers. When I bring my graphics into Canva, I already have them cropped and color-adjusted. All I have to do is choose a book cover template I like, drag my design in and make it the background, type in my title and name, add my logo, adjust the print sizes, and download! It only takes a few minutes. Canva also has stock photos available so I can use them in my design. The layers make it easy to work with, though I usually have trouble with my logo wanting to replace my background.I think at least one negative reviewer expects Canva to be a GIMP or Photoshop replacement. Maybe at the subscription rates, it is. But not on the free version.As for subscription rates going up, I really hope Canva isn't going to stop having a free version, for indie authors like me and others who run small businesses. I am a woman and disabled, so I really appreciate Canva for giving us such a nice software with so many functions, on the free account.I do hope they'll consider backing some of those prices down, for people having to pay more right now.

Shocked the reviews are already 1 star on TrustPilot. 24 hours was what I was told for an issue which they're checking on & now that I told the customer 24hrs (twice) Nest is telling me its in fact 24-48 hours. & then the rep I was speaking to on customer support could not even provide a basic email saying that their turnaround time is 24-48 hours which I wanted to show to my customer. Their thermostat ended up being a bad batch because it’s showing an N9 Error which the support team has confessed is usually only shown in the USA & never in the uk. The customer support team on the other had has already mentioned to me many times that the they might send a new device out altogether which they are struggling to doThey are not putting their customers first. They’re actually putting themselves first because they want to know & be sure they know where this error code is coming from despite determining that our system is working perfectly. The customer stays in dark until then I might just update this if they come out with a suitable solution quick enough from now

Account is in a complete mess, because of mcafee’s email after email, do this, pay that we’ll refund this and now they owe me £265.98!!I will be taking them to the small claims court.And by the way this is what happened to their founder:- On 23 June 2021, McAfee was found dead in his prison cell at the Brians 2 Penitentiary Center near Barcelona, hours after the Spanish National Court ordered his extradition to the United States on criminal charges filed in Tennessee by the United States Department of Justice Tax Division.It’s a company that cannot be trusted.

In our company we are soon coming up on on our 3 year agreement. We have been using FortiEMS 7.0.X with FortiClient for Endpoint protection. and FortiGate for VPN.The amount of downtime and service interruption this product have caused us, is no joke. They support if always helpful, but display a huge disconnect between Devs and the rest of their organization.Final nail in the coffin came when we asked to increase our license number. Which they refused unless we move to their new and considerably worse (for us as customer) license and product line. (7.2.x).I cannot recommend any of these products in good conscience.

Hey, i have an suggestion for the product payment. when we select pay later option so we have to pay on 10th day of next month. why we do more interesting this feature so what we have to do first.if i am purchasing some thing in January month so on that time if i want to pay some amount for this product so on that time an option raise "pay partly" or "pay full amount on due date" so in this feature customer has an option to pay amount in two times. this feature can create an EMI option like a credit card.Thank you.

When I signed up to a digital subscription it said you could cancel AUTORENEW anytime. The truth is you can't. I am 5 months into a subscription and have still not managed to, despite endless calls and emails. Rather they cancelled my entire subscription. I tried to get it reinstated. they said it was reinstated, it's not. No amount of reasonable content is worth the pain and torment of dealing with Telegraph subscriptions department. It's a shame, it's not a bad paper. Hard to believe that they just don't seem at all bothered about the damage the dire customer services is inflicting on the whole Telegraph brand.

Many issues for me with payment, they charge me many times a months, and I can’t use my premium account on the app!!! This is unbelievable!!! And no possibility to get someone to help me. The customer support is like talking to a wall. I have lost a lot of money as it suddenly wouldn’t let me withdraw anything from my account. I’ve emailed them and I get the same automated response. The app was good up until now. It’s been almost a month and I haven’t gotten anywhere. If it weren’t for the safety of bitcoin only God knows how much I would have lost. I don’t know what to even do at this stage. Im just looking at my money with no ability to withdraw or convert. For a platform that is linked to huge organisations such as the NBA and UFC it is such a SCAM! I highly recommend to stay as far away from crypto.com as possible.
