I'd give it 5 stars for the current…

I'd give it 5 stars for the current features. It's mostly good and probably 'really good' for a true beginner. However, there's quite a few things I've wanted to do (which don't seem that advanced) that the product just can't do.

Review of deezer

Support Team Need Work

The review below mine must've had a different person...My bad rating is in reference to the set-up of Deezer Podcasts. I followed various instructions telling me to get my RSS link from my host (Spotify) and it then sent me a verification code to my email assigned to my Spotify. None of the codes worked, and after 3 tries it wouldn't send another try, even after pressing the 'resend' button multiple times (the website doesn't react at all).I tried changing my email address on my Spotify account and the same scenario happened each time. So, I tried talking to chat. First of all the 'support' button went to a dead end so I had to go find support. I eventually got in contact with 'Katlum' who just told me to do exactly what I did. I explained everything I've just typed and they just told me to 'try again' and sent me a link that I already had open with the instructions. He followed up the link with 'Bye' - I take it he didn't feel it was his job to tell his team that the website was faulty, well I suppose it isn't but you're not a team player then are you?I knew I wasn't getting anywhere so I said thank you and told them that the link was broken and said FOR WORD "You might want to get your website managers to change the link" he just dismissed this and sent me the correct link. I didn't need support now.I eventually tried a different email and decided to go on incognito mode and somehow it worked.I'll check for jobs when Deezer are hiring, at least I'll give the web team a heads-up!I'm giving the 2 stars because I used to use Spotify for music but since travelling it's decided to kick me out because I haven't been in my home country for longer than a month. The music side of it is fine.

Review of parler

I've been on Parler for over a year

I've been on Parler for over a year. I find it to be much better than Facebook. My "feed" gets a little overwhelmed at times, but I probably need to prune down who I'm following. I recommend Parler if you are dissatisfied with Facebook, Twitter, etc.

Review of opentable

Charging for texts that weren't requested

I've booked using OpenTable twice, both times at the Garden Restaurant at RHS Gardens Wisley. Both times I was charged 15p for receiving a text from OpenTable that I did not request. This is unacceptable and appalling behaviour from a corporate entity. The RHS should stop using them in my opinion. Another reason the RHS should stop using them is the functionality of the OpenTable booking system. We wanted a table for five people for breakfast but OpenTable said no tables were available. We know that restaurant well and so booked for four people (which it accepted immediately), turned up, and there were plenty of tables where a fifth person could be accommodated. The OpenTable website clearly uses an algorithm that can't be adaptable. What's worse is that the restaurant was almost empty that breakfast morning. I wonder how many people trying to book for five or six were rejected and losing the RHS valuable income. I will never use OpenTable again and will phone the restaurant in future.

Review of mcafee

Awful Customer Service experience

I had an auto-renewal go through today, and I can see on the website that you can refund within 60 days of this occurring. I followed the link on the website to Customer Service, and selected the refund option. There was then the option to Live Chat, and Call, so I selected Live chat, went through the conversation to be informed that I have to call for refunds. Can you explain how your website and interface is so poor that you give customers options that are not relevant to their enquiry, thus wasting their time!

I can’t wait until the day CNN is shut down. That will be the biggest blessing this world could receive. I stopped watching all the negativity they try and bring to us. You never see anything about any good news happened or is going on it’s always the bad news they want to bring you.

I ordered on line a new Apple Desktop

I ordered on line a new Apple Desktop. I was lied to by the salesman I talked to and told they would take my old one as a trade in and receive a little over $100.00. He also said that they would be sending me a box to send it back in. When I didn’t receive a box I called twice and was told that they don’t do that. I have to go to UPS and mail it to them. It cost me $56 to ship. Then, I received an email saying they weren’t giving me anything for it. They claimed that it was a different model than what I Told them. When I said that the salesman took down my model number and read it back to me, They didn’t care.

I had the pleasure of having Eric H. Be my roadside assistant. I was stuck in scotch plains and he showed up in a timely fashion, had good energy, and was able to help me save $50. There’s so much goodness in the world and I’m happy I was blessed with some of it. AAA for the win, you got a good one in Eric best person I could’ve ever gotten! Thanks again for all the help.

Terrible experience with Vrbo

This company, which is really EXPEDIA, offers no protection to its customers. I made a reservation for one night at a property in PA, but received no details of the address, could not manage my booking online nor connect with the property owner so I swiftly called Vrbo customer service (twice) to notify of the disservice and request a full refund. Yet, I was told that any request for full refund had to be approved by owner who they could not reach either. I was therefore left with nothing, an unresponsive owner and a company that takes no responsibility on the quality of their services. I filed a complaint on BBB, where I discovered thousands of complaints that Vrbo did not even responded to. This company has extremely low ratings everywhere so I wonder how they are still able to offer their services. I do not recommend it at all.
