We were quoted $110 to clean our oven but charged $350 . Even though it was a terrible job. We tried to contact the company but they didn't respond. So we disputed with NAB the extra charge. After this Just Ovens charged us over several transactions $11000. So stay away

I bought a Kindle thinking I was getting a nice, simple e-reader. Instead, I paid for a pocket-sized billboard that keeps shoving ads in my face every time I turn it on. Amazon claims you can pay to remove the ads, but every time you try, the website hits you with the classic “Something went wrong, please try again later,” like a bad joke on repeat.Over the past month, I’ve been on a customer support roller coaster. I followed every pointless instruction they gave me: change this, update that, stand on one leg. Nothing worked. And after all that effort, the ads are still there, and support either repeats the same nonsense or just stops replying like I don’t exist.The Kindle hardware is fine. But who cares if you’re stuck with a fancy ad screen that refuses to let go? This has been the worst support experience I’ve ever had. The company clearly doesn’t care about the customers who pay them, and their responses feel downright disrespectful. If you like wasting time, energy, and a chunk of your sanity, this is the perfect product. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and stay far away.

Pricing was literally half the other quote. I’ll be going back to them and referring everyone I know! 5 stars isn’t enough, I give them 10 stars 😁

Rang them to find out how to remove their infernal software as it was blocking access to the internet on my personal desktop. Encountered a rude person who just said it was not their problem and I just had to wipe the hard drive and start again, then she hung up on me when I suggested "are you lot not in enough trouble at the moment?" They NEED to have some way to verify that your device is a personal one that is not connected to any company and should not have the software on as it would be illegal for you to have it on and therefore it should be in their best interests for it to be removed. Absolute fools with no care for the consumer.

How the hell is this somehow the standard and go-to for all my colleagues? What a piece of garbage. Horrifyingly poor user experience. Customization is an absolute joke. The templates are gorgeous (simple as all gtfo with gorgeous photography how about that) but a usability nightmare. And after a day of hair pulling and frustration it'll break and turn inside out for a reason impossible to understand. What a waste. Thanks Squarespace for giving to the world something that causes so much grief. I hope you actually give a damn and do something. I want so much more than just my money back. What a damn headache.

I have been using SquareSpace for years mainly because it is easy to copy from Word into their blog and because I'm already there. But I despise this company. They have zero customer service, and no phone service.They have problems with their plans. For instance, the plan that I originally bought looks terrible on mobile, and they have no software to install it into another of their web builders. They'll tell you that you need to renew, and then they'll start a whole new plan instead of renewing the plan you have. I detest companies like SquareSpace that provide no customer service.
