Review of venmo
I created a Venmo account because a friend wanted to send money he owed me via the application. Several days after creating the account, VENMO froze the account saying they detected unusual activity??? So I decided to just close the account. VENMO wouldn't allow me close the account!. It's impossible to get a real person on the phone to help. What a waste of my time!

Thank you very much for offering your assistance on the Full Stack Developer Nanodegree Program. I really appreciate your lecturers and the content that are given to us. It is helpful to learn from someone who has had experience with similar issues on previous projects to offer guidance and direction. Here we can't list those helping us in this program.I'm very excited to meet the next projects and to come back with great achievements.

I've been trying to sort out senior membership for my elderly Mum who has been a member for several years. Tried 3 times and spent a total of 25mins on hold before I got through. |All the while being told that I should go onto the website - the very website that says that this needs to be done in person on their phone line. Irritating in the extreme!! My Mum is 90 and has been paying the full amount as far as I can see for the duration of her membership. It's only now that I've taken over her affairs due to failing eyesight that I've stumbled upon this. When I got through they put me on hold for another 15mins waiting for a manager! Come on NT, we appreciate what you do or we wouldn't be members. But having obtained our subscriptions it would be nice, honest and fair for you to invest a reasonable amount of your funds into looking after your customers as well as you look after your properties. Please also bear in mind that many of your members are extremely vulnerable and not able to sort this sort of thing out for themselves. Review just gone up by one star as I've been writing it whilst on hold, and have just achieved a refund! PS: why are you even asking for 'reviews' and 'stars' if no improvement has been taking place? Just a thought...
Review of lyft
I have been contacting Lyft in order to resolve an issue that prevents me from both requesting and providing a ride for months now, to no avail, which is quite frustrating. I do not recommend it, and I am glad I have the option to use Uber instead.

Review of asus
Around 2 years ago, my laptop was failing and against my wishes and better judgement, my husband and our 'IT guru' decided I should have an Asus Zen Book 14, which was hideously expensive. Almost immediately there were problems with the Audio Wizard and Asus was extremely unhelpful in sorting that out. As for the much vaunted battery life, well yes if you don't use the machine. Under normal use, it will need plugging in after a maximum 4 hours. However, my real problem and disappointment is that less than 2 weeks, the letter i key came off the keyboard. Our 'IT guru; looked at it and contacted Asus. He then took the machine to them, under his belief that the laptop had a 2 year warranty. Sadly, he was wrong, the warranty was for 1 year and Asus are not prepared to help out at all. I am supposed to buy a new keyboard for R2000, when the laptop itself cost R21,000 2 years ago. Apparently, Asus classifies such an event as 'malicious damage'. All I can say is that I have been using computers for nearly 50 years and before that type writers and this is the first time I have experienced the loss of a key from the clunky great machines of the 1970s to a mini iPad. So now I must cope with a missing I key as best I can. The laptop was far too expensive initially to change now. This just proves that 'state of the art' isn't always what it advertises itself as and nothing is of any value without proper and considerate backup service.
Review of asus
I bought an ASUS Duo Pro 15" 3months ago. The speakers are noisy, fan became noisy in less than 2 months. The laptop has some built-in software to manage two screens. The build-in software error comes up when you use an extended monitor. in case of using an extended monitor, all Microsoft forms like word and excel scramble. I contacted the warranty team. and after two weeks, they said we don't know if we have spare parts or now. They said we don't know howling it would take to fix it. Imagine I use this laptop for my business. ASUS this the very same poor service for my wife's ASUS computer. In general, I found ASUS laptops very unreliable and faulty. I do not recommend it for any large or small businesses. They have spent too much time on exterior design but quality and reliability nothing. Too expensive for a poor product.

The people they hire to write *reviews* for them do not even attempt to try the content they are *reviewing* and instead just have a preformed opinion about it and go with it.There is no quality control over what gets published , and everything posted on it is just biased dishonest mess that couldnt be further from reality .I would rather go on IGN , skip the score and read their reviews cause there is more truth in stuff they got paid for then there is on the entire wired platform .
