Bad customer service

Regarding the store on Thompson Lane — The store and it's products are fine. Some of the employees however, are extremely rude and will talk down to you.I Ordered a guitar for pickup that was "in stock" and ready for pickup the same day. I notified an employee of my pickup as soon as I arrived at the store. I was happy to wait around, but I wasn't given any notice that they couldn't find the guitar until I initiated conversation again regarding my order 2 hours later.I was then blamed by the employee for causing "confusion" in the store and told to "think about this" next time I try to purchase from the store. Overall, left a bad impression of a store I usually enjoy shopping in.

Booked in March for an August Jools Holland event as an early bird - standard entry price per person £49.51 inc a fee to Touch Entertainment…. Just looked three days before the event and the same ticket is selling for £40! Misleading rip off

Review of lego

£230 out of pocket

I returned a £230 set which DPD confirmed arrived back with Lego five weeks ago. I hadn't heard anything so emailed last week. Lego are now saying the return contained a different much cheapest set (which it definitely didnt- I have photographic proof of the large set boxed up with the return label taken at the drop off point) I then contacted customer service who asked me to clarify my tracking number as they might have mixed them up. They are now contacting the Belgium warehouse. I'm honestly heartbroken as I don't think I'm going to see my refund and Lego have my set in their possession. Awful customer service. I feel so let down.

Very pathetic service

Very pathetic service. They don't value customers time and urgency. They can deliver the product on given date on product. And top of it the customer service is disgusting they have only one word called sorry.. And nothing else. I had ordered a product and till now I have not received it. Looking at the delivery date j had ordered... Atlast I have to again order the same product from Amazon and it was delivered within a day. Even before the date of delivery given on product. Now that's called a good service.. They value time and urgency. On the other hand. Flipkart is just to make money

Great quality music, but accounts can be inflexible

I always really enjoy listening to music through Spotify, I find it very easy to find the song(s) or playlist(s) I want to listen to. It's a tad pricey, but not too bad value for the family subscription.I struggle with re-ordering the queue on any of my devices, it seems as though the option only exists on the web version?I also had an issue where Spotify wouldn't let me convert my account from a single-user to a family account at the same time as changing my home country (when I relocated), and so they made me wait an extra month before I was allowed to start the family account. It seemed a very odd decision on their part since my previous account cost me the equivalent of £5 p/m, whereas the family account I was switching to costs £15 p/m, so they lost money by doing that.Other than that, the music itself is great!

While none of the "open-to-the-public" IP location services are perfect, this one that whatismyipaddress.com offers is excellent, and is accurate most of the time. Along with the accuracy of the reported data, the user interface is well-designed and easy to use.

I've been using MailerLite Classic for over 2 years, the app is really cool, with a lot of interesting functionality. What's really nice is that the support team is very reactive via chat and knows what they're doing. Thank you to them for their help with the slightest problem. They're there to get you out of your situation, even if it seems complicated.

Convenient to administer icloud features

The icloud web site gives easy access to all of icloud + features. It is easy to use. I do not understand the poor reviews. My only issue is with personal domain names for icloud mail : for weird reasons, it is impossible for me to create the only email address I would like to use.

Absolutely no phone support. Fees charged on cancelled orders. They won’t reverse the fees blamed the credit card companies and their policy. DO NOT SELL ON SHOPIFY. I give this company a zero review.
