I returned a £230 set which DPD confirmed arrived back with Lego five weeks ago. I hadn't heard anything so emailed last week. Lego are now saying the return contained a different much cheapest set (which it definitely didnt- I have photographic proof of the large set boxed up with the return label taken at the drop off point) I then contacted customer service who asked me to clarify my tracking number as they might have mixed them up. They are now contacting the Belgium warehouse. I'm honestly heartbroken as I don't think I'm going to see my refund and Lego have my set in their possession. Awful customer service. I feel so let down.
