Shipping takes longer then you could ever imagine

Ordered shoes that were in stock in Kalamazoo (about 55 min away from me) that was two weeks ago and they still haven't shipped. Ever day they update to a new expected delivery date and day awaiting carrier pickup. One of the worst companies maybe in history?

If I had any other choice than ATT I would leave.

Anytime you need to talk to someone they transfer you around for an hour or 2. They don’t give any info to the person you’re transferred to meaning you have to start over. Or they transfer you to the main customer service number where you also have to start over.

First time purchase, and now I’m stuck with shoes that don’t fitProduct listing was inaccurate and said the shoes ran true to sizeI get the shoes and they are atleast 2 sizes too small Help agents are telling me I can’t exchange for size up because they are final sale.What the actual F? Bad business to have a no exchanges if you are misleading customers to buy the wrong size!!!

Adidas NMD_V3 Gore tex failed after 10 wears

Bought Adidas NMD_V3 Gore tex. Failed after wearing them less than 10 times. First they started to fall apart at the seams later next sole started to come off. Quality is just terrible. Tried to solve this with Adidas customer service but after 2 months of ping pong via emails I got exactly nothing. Never buying anything from Adidas ever. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Just stay away from this brand. Adidas became one of those greedy corporations that care only about money and not customers but just short term profits.

I purchased 1,990 credits on Creative Market but they immediately locked me out, and I cannot get back in. I have followed their directions on how to get my "Device Recognized" but I never ever get the email. So, naturally, I tried to contact them which involved wading through a very long "Help Page" that had NOTHING to do with my issues only find a very small link at the bottom of the page to "Contact Us", which I have done twice. This is company is based in the United States. There is no reason for them not to be easily contacted - for the pricing they charge - there should be expert advice available. Instead, there is virtually no way to effectively contact them. Keep in mind, that is about their website not "recognizing my device". My device is a desktop computer in my home - no one else uses it. I've had this computer for over a year. No excuse for this extreme inconvenience.In their response to my complaint, they state that they contacted me on March 4th. This is what I got. After that, nothing. "Thanks for reaching out! Our support team is actively working on your request. We're doing our best to get back to you as soon as possible, and you can expect a response within three business days. Please check out our Help Center in the meantime! If you'd like to supply additional information, please reply to this email."Not my first rodeo - operating computers for over 45 years - the junk folder is the first place I look. I also go through every Rule and run multiple searches in Outlook for every "keyword" possible.I have tried to change my password multiple times over several weeks. But, I never get the password email. However, I got the email on March 3rd in response to my request for help. It's now March 24th.Obviously, I did contact Creative Market, or I would not have received the response on March 3rd.

They literally will not post items in a way that the items don't get damaged in transit. Every single time. Then you either have to accept it or mess about paying return postage and having to repurchase items for more money.

This company right here is a joke. They are rude. They are another platform that feels that it is a privilege for you to be on their platform. My story is long. But here is the deal they play to many games with words. I am a podcaster.I have been trying to get someone to explain something to me. But they are so tight until they know me by now. I use to get paid for ads. And one day I nothice I was not getting anything. I wrote everyone playing dumb.It took them 1 and 1/2 month to tell me you should becareful who promote your podcast. i am sitting around looking dumb and not understanding what they are saying. I was using fiverr to promote my shows because fiverr is a legal online company. And if you go on your website there are many people that promote people shows. Apple and spotify. No where did it say that you could not promote your shows I have the screen shots. I remember asking the agent may I have another chance and she said they dod not let people come back once they have been taken off . So I said even Jesus gives second chances. Last night I tried to remove my show and the first agent was great. But the second people was something that came out of a movie. This peson took me through the ringer. I sent him everything that proved that this was my show. And he still kept hammering on me it was 2 am I said you know I am getting out tof there one way or the other. They will not talk to you to get your side of anything. They have even told their people if I come on to close the chat. But here is the thing. The have it set up to where you can not read your transcript, Because they will not send it to you. I have even told them about that . Oh we are working on it I can not lie I love spot but they have gave me a sour taste in my mouth. In order to be blessed you must treat people right . There are 3 sides to every story. Get the truth. If I knew that they did not alow us to use out siders to promote our podcasts ok I would have used their services. I did not know that we could not use fiverr . I have evern tried to to talk to the legal team. No one will talk. I do not want to be part of a company like that. For what they took me through I am am seeking legal help. Because I should not have went through the mess. I even tried to write to the CEO and he would not reply. Here the deal you guys trying ot be so perfect but yet you are loosing money. your stocks are not doing well. law suits are on going. And I wonder why it is because you do not treat people right. I am done . I rahter lose my podcast and be in peace and keep losing sleep . And not wanting to do my podcast. . You would not listen to me in my emails well may be you listen to me on here. I have all the emails .

Perhaps The Economist has relocated its subscription fulfilment centre to Pyongyang? The magazine used to claim to ‘value’ its subscribers. Now it treats them as hostages. Signing up is easy. Cancellation should be a simple matter of submitting a request, ticking the requisite box and getting an acknowledgement by return.But they deliberately make it difficult and time-consuming. Cancelling your Economist subscription involves a tussle with a ‘chat agent’ who tries to make you change your mind by offering a half-price discount, access to blandishments such as an ‘Expresso’ daily email newsletter - unhelpful if your reason for cancelling is information overload - sidesteps your polite request to cancel then, in my case, fails to cancel the subscription and ends the ‘chat,’ requiring a further lengthy encounter the following day, this time resulting in cancellation (hopefully) but no confirmation apart from a ‘no-reply’ email informing me that ‘case number 00107224’ is now closed while inviting me to complete a two question ‘customer satisfaction survey.’I have subscribed, off and on, for over forty years, but I’ll never do so again.

You had me....briefly....I’m over it!Thought I loved Dropbox and wanted to use it for our coop park but as stated by someone else they make it virtually impossible to cancel accounts. They have no contact info ANYWHERE! Even if I had an issue I wouldn’t be able to get ahold of them! I hope the number I just found in these reviews work so I can get rid of them once and for all! Stop charging my mothers account for something we haven’t use in over a year but won’t let us cancel!!!!!

I ordered this as a backup of my regular power generator which can not be used in some campground in the night time. Besides the weight, this unit provide me all of the needed function. I am deeply satisfy with its performances. As a sponsor of this project, I also like to make some suggestions as following:1) consider to increase the amperage of 12 volt output. (Some 12 volt tire pressure pump needs more power to run);2) add a negative to ground switch for special events. (My Nissan Leaf electric car charger can not directly use this unit because it’s ground wire design, using a home made plug which connected ground to negative to one of four outlet won’t solve this problem since the other three outlets still considered as not properly grounded; u have to use a multiple outlet strip and plug my home made plug to overcome this problem so I can use these 2 KW to charge my electric car for emergency situation;3) when some other brand starts to add connection plug-wire to their unit so the user can add extra batteries for more power output (such as 1.5 KW extra batteries pack can piggy-back to their original 1.5 Kw unit and make it to 3 kw system), our unit should have similar capacity to do so.Overall, I am very please the performance of this unit.
