Cannot cancel subscription once payment is processed. I subscribed it for 2 years, and got automatically renewed. To be fair, they did send me a renewal notice, however, given the number of emails Bloomberg send out, I missed it. I get charged again. They would not do a partial refund, so I am out of 545 for 2 more years. The publication is not bad, but definitely not worth the $$$. If you want to try the subscription, use a virtual card that auto cancel. Not exactly a consumer friendly business to deal with.

It is something incredibly special (and rare) when a company’s Customer Service team take a situation that feels catastrophic to a bride-to-be (and let’s face it, that can include a multitude of things! 🤣) to hands down one of THE BEST customer service experiences I have ever encountered.The team accepted every issue I raised without complaint (although I did send photographic evidence to support my claims), apologised immediately and took action to resolve before I even really had to ask. Then they raised the bar even higher by offering additional steps to ensure my invites were perfect.I am surprised to see so many poor reviews to be honest because I will ALWAYS refer to this as an example of GOLD STANDARD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will ALWAYS recommend The Knot to any and all of my family and friends who are getting married.Particular, recognition goes to Caitlin, who was the orchestrator of this magical experience. She is an absolute asset to her company and deserves all of the recognition this affords. Without her, my wedding budget would have been exceeded and I would have lost the joy a bride feels when she sends out her invites.

Why is the All4 app so unusable. I tried to watch catch-up on my Samsung smart tv but it kept stopping and a message would say to check my Internet connection...... It was fine.I got so fed up I went upstairs to watch it on my Sharp Aquos TV but after every ad break it goes back to the beginning of the show..... Aghh!!!

Replaced my 8 year old deskjet printer with hp deskjet 2820. Started to set up just after 7am. Git stuck wouldn’t talk to devices vice versa. After 8am tried chat line support. Not online. Tried later and was told simple problem… so simple that at 4.30pm..so I’d been trying for 9.5 hours by then still not talking to each other. All devices and printer on internet, just wouldn’t talk to each other. I was made to feel stupid. I was told simple problem I was told and promised so much. I was in tears in frustration but still they carried on. Eventually MacBook would print, but nothing else. I don’t always use MacBook for quick things. Info does not state will not work with latest iPhone. Argos excellent, refunded the money and ordered another one in the hope that will work and not take me another 9.5 hours. What company can pay staff to chat for all that time and not resolve anything? Dreadful experience, directors will get copy of chat when I can find a way to print it off.

I’ve been a loyal Macys customer for many years. I purchased a pair of slack pants less than a year ago. The item has been worn less than 10 times. Macys has a 90 day return policy. I requested the manufacture contact information and was denied.

I've ordered 3 books recently from abebooks. the first one came as described, without any problem. the other two came from the same place/seller (although they charged me twice for the shipping cost, when they should have just sent the two together as a single package, nvm) so both books were described as very good condition on the website. one was more like good condition at best but the third one wasn't even in fair condition. ripped, the back cover folded and was dirty too. i wrote to the customer service asking what they can do about it? the answer was I have to contact the sellers or return it. one book cost about 3$ (the shipping was more expensive than the actual price) so it wouldn't be worth it. i told them this and that i purchased these books from the abebooks website and my payment also went to them, so i would expect their customer service to take care of my case. this was 7 days ago, no response from them since. i am never buying from this site again, it looks like if you order something you have 33% chance to get what you ordered.
