Just no longer relevant. I used to think the BBC provided a great service but now I rarely find anything worth watching. It is in no way value for money and I would would drop it without hesitation if it became pay per view.The news channel is unwatchable as is the news web site as it now seems to be only concerned with opinion rather than factual news.

After about a year of use, one of my studio monitor speakers started behaving weirdly.Very quickly after getting in touch with the Thomann support team, and in the very first response I received back, my RMA ticket was already opened and I could ship back the faulty unit to be inspected under the warranty.Being the very worried person that I am, they patiently and elegantly answered my many questions along the way and left me very reassured.Within about a month, I received the unit back in mint condition, and I'm enjoying it right now as I write this.For anyone who needs to handle an RMA case with Thomann, be assured that you are in safe, professional and capable hands.I'll definitely be a customer for life!

I purchased a game less than a week ago using playstation vouchers, I waited for a while to buy this game as I heard some mixed reviews and finally decided to go for it. Well it has been fairly laggy and sometimes unplayable but I have just accepted it's because I'm still using my ps4 pro. Well turns out the game is now on sale 50% off which if I knew I would have held out to buy it.I contacted support because I thought I might get some help. Well they said because I'd downloaded and played it I cannot have a refund, I asked if I could be partly refunded because I still want the game baring in mind Im not expecting physical money back just re credited ps account but no they said that it wasn't possible.Pretty rubbish customer service and makes me think twice purchasing directly on the playstation store in future and most of my playstation game library is digital, I may even just purchase on another platform from now on although they've got my money now so seems like they could care less. I was considering purchasing a ps5 in a couple of months but I think I may not bother to be honest. I've never contacted support before now and a gesture of good will goes a long way especially to long standing and loyal playstation customers.

As I was reading most of the reviews about Samsung products such refrigerators, electric cooktop ranges and microwaves as I recently bought, despite of what all of the reviews said that the samsung product and services are the worst, I have to agree with every and each one of them.my experience with Samsung products is this:1- never again buy any of Samsung Products.2- never trust their customer service.3-never judge their products by the looks of of its design.4- unprofessional customer service who can hardly speak English.5- very disappointing, very frustrating, and very stressful dealing with them.

Had auto renew cancelled by calling customer service 2 months prior to renewal and still got charged.I had even checked the account later on to confirm auto renew was off, which it was. They only refunded a part of the 102 US $. What a scam!

My account has been restricted since mid-December 2024. I submitted all requested documents (proof of employment, bank statements, etc.) through their secure link.I’ve followed up repeatedly via email and support but received no meaningful response in nearly 5 months.I’ve had to escalate this case to the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman in Ireland and other regulators due to the lack of communication and blocked access to my own funds.This has caused me financial stress and disrupted my trust in the platform. I just want this resolved.I hope Coinbase reviews this case properly — no user should go through this experience.Update [28 May 2025]:After nearly 5 months, my account issue has finally been resolved by Coinbase. I'm glad to have access again, and I appreciate the eventual resolution. However, I have to be honest — the process was extremely slow and stressful.Communication was inconsistent, and it took far too long for a platform that handles users' funds and identity verification. This kind of delay is unacceptable, and I hope Coinbase makes serious improvements to their support systems and timelines.I'm thankful the matter is now closed.

my laptop that is from asus it has taken 4 months for them to picket it up from my home and only had no power and now they have texted me to say the screen and the bottom on the laptop was damaged and when they picket it up it was fineit is between the carrier and asus who has damaged and now they are asking me for£200 oo pounds to repaired the laptop which is there fauit not mine or was the matter with the laptop was no power l am not paying them northink l will take them to court if they don t repaired it l will never buy anythinkw from asus again this is the first timeand it the last time so be carefully if anyone buys from asus
