Trying to exchange a standard white t-shirt that was given as a christmas gift because it is the wrong size. I was out of the country during the one month window. This is a t-shirt still being sold in store and online. No assistance, zero tolerance, brick wall. Complete lack of customer service

I received a Lenovo Smart Tab M10 HD tablet as a gift. It is a pile of junk and completely impossible to use efficiently. Eternal popups, blank screens, unwanted instructions interfering with what you are working on etc.etc. Seriously recommend you avoid this tablet.

Worst Purchase Ever and Zero Customer ServiceI got this computer for my freshman year of engineering school. In less than 60 days it stopped working. The only customer service you can reach is like in India and you cannot understand anyone, and they don't care about the issue. I requested a refund and was told no, because I was passed the 30 days. A tech came after a week to "fix it", fixed it and the next day it didn't work. So many calls and so much time wasted trying to get a new computer to be sent due to the fact I'm a college engineering student with no computer. My parents had to buy me another computer to use temporarily until mine gets fixed, which is super convenient to have to buy another computer right? Literally disgusted with the customer service or lack thereof. Multiple calls, people telling us that they would "escalate" and have them call right away (no call back). Literally the worst purchase ever.

Even if this company followed through with their payments (which seems unlikely), they pay about $.05 per survey, and that is a very high estimate. They start out seeming to pay about $1/survey, but that significantly declines. Don't waste your time...

I wish I could give this place 0 stars I bought a 540 hairdryer!! I kept tracking my package to make sure my daughter was home to sign for it. It said delivered and no one rang the doorbell so I looked all over no package. So I called them to let them know and they told me that their courier GPS said that they delivered it and that the case is closed. Did I mention I have a ring doorbell and cameras nobody dropped anything off at my door. So obviously I was not gonna let $540 go so I keep calling and they keep saying They have to escalate it to the next level how many effing levels do you people have At Ulta!!!!!! I will not shop there ever again all I want is my money back so I can go buy one from Best Buy!!

I am so so so so so SICK of having to log in every time my browser refreshes or I restart my pc. The option to keep me logged in for 14 days NEVER works and I sometimes have to log in multiple times a day. I might as well just use my passwords because as far as I am concerned this is 50% of the point of having a password manager. You should have an option to stay logged in for 6 months and it should WORK. Moreover their "support" is just an automated bot and their article on this tells you to seek help trying to fix your browser. I'll be cancelling my sub at the end of this billing period. Useless.
