Worst Purchase Ever and Zero Customer ServiceI got this computer for my freshman year of engineering school. In less than 60 days it stopped working. The only customer service you can reach is like in India and you cannot understand anyone, and they don't care about the issue. I requested a refund and was told no, because I was passed the 30 days. A tech came after a week to "fix it", fixed it and the next day it didn't work. So many calls and so much time wasted trying to get a new computer to be sent due to the fact I'm a college engineering student with no computer. My parents had to buy me another computer to use temporarily until mine gets fixed, which is super convenient to have to buy another computer right? Literally disgusted with the customer service or lack thereof. Multiple calls, people telling us that they would "escalate" and have them call right away (no call back). Literally the worst purchase ever.
