deceptive pricing - unreliable csr information

been using for years and had my "grandfathered price" i took a week of confirming my renewal price to make sure what the cost would be since it looked like it was going to be almost twice what i have been paying for several years . there was no option to see my actual renewal price very scammy. they assured me that my current price was grandfathered in and would not go up by several customer service reps. i was billed the new price almost double and they are giving me the run around. i have included screen shots of more than 3 reps assuring me the cost would be the same and they just ignoring it.Update : after several days of back and forth and getting different responses and conflicting explanations they finally corrected the problem. I was told that a one time adjustment was to be made at the grandfathered price but it would not be honored next year. The more I recall from last year I was also charged over the grandfather price and was told to cancel and get the promotion price if I signed up again . Over all a bit deceiving on the grandfathered price deal and extremely aggravating that there is no live phone support. My suggestion to jotform is to reevaluate the customer history and see what they have been paying for the past 4 plus years as in our case and see that price and stick with it and stop trying to look for minor petty ways to get out of it. If you don’t want to honor the lifetime price please stop advertising it .

The Worst Company i have ever dealt with!

This is by far the worst company i have ever dealt with! To start they do not offer what they promise in their sales pitch, for example, Salesforce DOES NOT integrate with Quickbooks, The only way it can integrate is third party app or software which is incredibly expensive! Your Trial is NOT a trial its a contract. You can not cancel until the end of the contract. You will be billed no matter what. You can not get in touch with a person in billing either by phone or email. It is all Automated. They only want your money, they do not care about you as a company big or small.

Terrible customer service

Terrible, terrible, terrible. First, they should fire the person I talked with today. His name was Pogi and he was insanely rude, unhelpful, immature, and obtuse. If you call the service center and his name is Pogi, hang up immediately and talk to someone else. I had to call LG Repair Service Center because our new refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling after ONLY 2 YEARS (model number: LFXC24726S) (called today, Jun 21st at 8:48pm EDT). Due to ice melting, water was dripping everywhere and all our food in the freezer was melting. He began asking me what the problem was, and I told him that the refrigerator wasn't cooling and water was dripping. And he continued to ask me again and again if the water was dripping and if the fridge was cold. I repeatedly had to tell him the same thing that I already explained thousand times. Then he goes on and asks me same question again, and I told him that "I have an urgent issue of the refrigerator not cooling and the water was dripping from ice melting from ice maker so we had to remove it". And he told me, "Oh, then you solved the issue." Then he began laughing and I could not understand why he was laughing at a customer who called for a serious Repair Service Request. So I had to ask him for his name and I am writing this review. It took 42 minutes and 58 seconds for him to transfer me to someone else who could actually schedule a date for a technician. And she told me that the only possible date is next Wednesday, which is a week from today. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and I regret buying an LG refrigerator. I am aware that there was lawsuit against LG due to defective refrigerators. And I would love to hire a lawyer to start another one.

Terrible customer service! Phone call is going on 40 minutes without a live person answering. The recording tells me to go to their website. I go there and it says Hulu is updating. Can’t long in, can’t get customer service on the phone, can’t get the Hulu websites to open. So what good is Hulu? I am moving to You Tube TV

Will be my last purchase on Mercari…lately I’ve noticed that as a buyer you just get PUMMELED with fees. Purchasing $153 worth of stuff is $196 with all their hidden fees. That is WILD. Been speaking to sellers about it and they are losing buyers/sales…and I sell on eBay now and there aren’t any of the hidden fees. It is what it is. Shame on you Mercari.

I bought an item off this site for a…gift

I bought an item off this site for a Christmas present. I have screen shots of the conversation I tried to have with the seller "Ebbuda" but was ignored. I then logged in and then opened the dispute resolution but straight away I was told 30 days had passed and I could not get a refund. I placed the order on 15 December and tried to make contact with the seller on 15 December and then again on 29 December which is clearly evidenced on Depop. This must be a scam where the seller can pretend to sell you something, completely ignore you and then shut you down. I would give you thieving lot no points if I were able to and hope loads of people read this before they part with their money. What a scamming lot. Depop should somehow monitor their sellers because this is not good enough and I will never use this site again.

Beware of yelp scam tactics

yelp is the SCUM OF THE EARTH SCAMMERS! This guys charged me $107+65 a month later for ads that i didnt sign up for, i specifily told them i didnt want to get charged for anything when they asked for my card, and they said they wouldnt charge meWORST PART is they dont let you dispute, they dont let you listen to the phone call, you just have to trust that when they listened to the call, they heard me agreeing to paying for ads. NO I DIDNT IM NOT CRAZY

Review of squarespace

New version of website builder is practically unusable

Built two websites with version 7.0 of their website builder. 7.1 is an absolute monstrosity, there are bugs and lag everywhere, and there is an incredibly large array of design restrictions and bottlenecks that make it almost impossible to incorporate more than one theme or font across the site. Use 7.0 or avoid squarespace all together, as they are expensive!

Would give 0 if I could.

Would give 0 if I could.First, it was approximately 36 hours passed the two week trial time when I realized that my new neighborhood (I had JUST moved) had terrible service for Google Fi's 5G network. I tried asking them to kindly let me terminate my new phone lease. I was hit with a hard no. Ok, I was technically passed the trial date time. I'd expect most companies to be a little more good faith about that kind of thing instead of saddling someone with a 2.5 year phone lease they don't want but I guess this was on me. Fine.But then, with EVERY subsequent issue I had (primarily, but not limited to, bizarre billing issues where I'd get charged on dates not concurrent with what all my billing data online stated) support would be not only completely useless and unhelpful, it felt like they were vindictive and took actual sadistic pleasure in being unable to do anything to help me. I had one of them actually tell me "You just don't know how banks work." Excuse me? Why do I need to know "how banks work" (whatever the hell that even means in this context) to read a billing statement that doesn't line up with when I'm being charged?Most of the time they'd try to tell me it was somehow my fault that they were charging me on dates not mentioned anywhere on my app.Google Fi needs to purge every single pissy little tyrant that has ever taken a call or a text support ticket for them because there isn't a single person working for their support team that wants to help their customers. Go with literally ANY other carrier unless being talked down to while being denied anything that could be considered customer service is your fetish.

I have recently opened an artists account on Fine Art America

I have recently opened an artists account on Fine Art America so ordered one of my own prints to test the order process and quality. I am based in the UK and I am aware that FAA have printing facilities worldwide (although I'm not sure all customers outside of America would realise this given the name of the company). However, I was pleased to see at the checkout it informs you of where your order will ship from, in this case Glasgow UK. I ordered a small 8x10" print on Somerset velvet paper and it arrived in a few days securely packaged flat. I cannot comment on any other products or paper options but I am very impressed with the quality of the art print I received and the service.

DoorDash sucks so bad. Horrible customer service and there promises are not worth anything. They screwed up my order 3 days in a row and never fixed there mess ups. Second time I had to call them again and they promised again and still nothing. DoorDash isn’t worth 1 star

DoorDash does not deserve any stars

DoorDash does not deserve even one star! Late evening dinner order for delivery to our hotel never arrived. Driver apparently dropped it off somewhere else despite my instructions to hand the order to me, in person, in the lobby. There being no hotel restaurant and nothing else nearby, we’re going with some chips and lobby cookies for dinner.
