I live in Jerusalem, Israel, and own a glass food container with a plastic cover made by IKEA. Two weeks ago one of the flaps attaching the cover to the glass broke. IKEA Israel initially refused to replace the cover without my coming into their store. They have no store in Jerusalem. Their nearest store is at least an hour away by car and two hours by public transportation. I asked them again to send me the cover. They finally relented and promise to send me the cover, but since them several more days have passed without my hearing from them. When I complained to IKEA’s CEO, Jesper BRODIN, he sent me cheerful automated messages saying “Hej!” and promising that he and his team would get right on it, but they never did. My appeals to IKEA’ chairman, Lars-Johan JARNHEIMER have not even elicited any reply. IKEA Israel continued to drag its feet and to give me bureaucratic answers, without anyone calling me or sending me the promised cover. They finally sent me a much smaller cover, and have opened a new case number for me but have not sent me the right cover and have not called me. It has now been TWO WEEKS now and no cover. IKEA’s chiefs do not care.

I had HULU for a long time. The past few years it seems they’ve caved into woke which makes sense since it’s pretty much owned by Disney. I had a hard time finding new content I’m interested in watching. So I was already thinking about leaving. Then some older shows I had on my watchlist began disappearing. I thought they discontinued them but it was worse. They moved them to live only. Why would you move old shows to live only? Because they didn’t have enough live customers & ripped stuff out of on demand to try to lure the ppl watching those shows to live. During the holidays they moved The Santa Claus to live only while leaving parts 2 & 3 to on demand again trying to lure customers to live while leaving a 20 year old movie on live only. After that I did some searches & found many examples. For the $17 a month I was paying I expect more & opted to cancel. The few shows that I watched that were still producing I can find elsewhere.

But it says it does NOT talk politics.I listen to the news with my wireless headphones to the news and Gemini pops up stops my listening to my news and says can I help.NO YOU CAN'T.I want to listen to my news without interrupting. I have tried to delete but it's hard to delete it's hanging on like a Mosquito . GET OFF. But no luck. So 😭 sad I said I would have it. NOT GOOD

I wanted to place an order on 15th April 2025 from Cure Medici and when I entered my e-mail address, my Shopify app appeared and it itself placed the order. The card details and the address was kept by Shopify from a transaction I had many years ago to them. They stored my details in their system and used it. The card belongs to my daughter and this card was not with me when Shopify used the details. you can't contact Shopify because no phone number or e-mail address available. It conducts fraud and fraud. I tried to contact through their difficult support system but it application was hard to elderly and the people have less knowledge about computers and system application. Non ethical company. How they do their fraud?

We were recommended to use mailchimp from a business associate, we used it once... and then realised they had been charging us a very over priced monthly rate automatically through our paypal account!!!!!! An email was sent to customer services who said they would forward to the accounts team, a few days later only did they respond. Only 1 of the 7 months payments were able to be refunded for a service that was never used... Have deleted this account! Read the fine print...

Terrible experience as seller in spe, the identification process is a complete joke. Uploaded driving licence, then making a selfie picture. Results : rejected and no way to restart. The bottom to redo the identification leads to a non existing page, like 'Oops, the page you try us non-exist' . Worthless shop, full of software bugs, no ways to contact customer service, ... Terrible
