Nest thermostat is just over 2 years and now comes up with a h71 fault not connecting to base, had to hold down button on the boiler control part of it for 20 seconds then release and wait till the light flashes blue then pair the thermostat again, for the second time this month, not worth the money will never buy another one

ICO is a completely useless organisation. Without my permission, or knowledge premier inn withdrew a sum of money from my account. Eventually, I contacted ico and guess what, unsuprisingly they sided with premier inn. ico has as much clout as a toothless newborn kitten.Britain is a basket case with rogue government spin off departmentsCannot recall the precise date of this 'experience' yet ico emailed me in December 24 with their decision not to take any action against premier inn.

Removing Samantha Ponder from NFL Countdown is bad. I always watched this show before I watch any NFL Game. Since I can watch ESPN now (thanks Disney) Greeny is great on Get Up (I watch every day) but not on this show. I may never watch it again. It is not the same!!

Total F****** joke. Signed up for the $12 for 12 weeks which was appealing as a student. Had an inkling the deadline to cancel free of charge was approaching and logged on to do so. Found that they had initiated the full on subscription, which is a year of $45 a month that you are locked in to effectively, the day before I checked, as if to imply I had just missed it shoot! Ended up being a full week short of the timeline. Then make you jump through numerous hoops to cancel and refuse to cancel what amount to fraudulent charges.

They extended a very high credit line to me, and froze the card after the very first major purchase so that they could double-check my ability to pay. Why offer the card in the first place if you don't do your due diligence first? This was a horrible experience and ruined months of financial planning. Think they're able to compensate or offer more than an apology? Heck, no!

I signed up for the year subscription through amazon, however, we cancelled it immediately because we realized we would not be using the subscription. We cancelled it within hours of subscribing. I got my refund, but come a year later NFL.com charged me again for another year subscription. Amazon (who I originally signed up with) had no record of a charge and does not show me with an active subscription. However I was told by someone from the NFL headquarter that I had to cancel my auto renewal as well (even after I cancelled my subscription). She was unable to help me and provided me with an email. I attempted to cancel the "renewal" and subscription through the app like suggested by NFL.com but it just says to contact Amazon because that's who I originally signed up with.... frustrating and cost me $107 bucks!!! I would give this company a negative if I could. Still trying to cancel without having to cancel my card.....
