Microsoft : I bought Microsoft office back in July 2023 but It was not doing a specific task ( which is why I bought in in the first place) , I tried to contact them . I must have sent hundreds of emails to them. One response and then complete silence. So I contacted my MP who in turn contacted them in August . They are not replying to her either ! This organization should be accountable to someone ? Appalling customer service or should I say non existent customer service !.So ongoing to try to get a response from them and we are now 31 October 2023

I've been using Duolingo for 11 years. I've paid for this year's super duolingo but at the same time, I accidentally messed up my password. I have been trying to contact support, but have had no answer yet. I've been waiting for several days and hope that they do indeed answer my emergency email. If not, I don't know how to ask for a refund as there doesn't seem to be someone you can actually contact for help.

If I could give zero stars I would. Zoom is literally rubbish! Today, I had a foreign language class to attend. The instructor is in Israel. So this Hebrew class is long distance. Zoom had just literally proven why I wish could still be back in the 80's and could just physically attend a class and not have to worry about this updating, security and meeting ID nonsense. I'm sick of technology and it's inconvenient issues to my life. Last week I kept getting bounced out of my class due to connection issues but that was something different. Now this week Zoom is updating and I'm trying to get back into my class and can't because of of updating because of meeting IDs,etc, etc. I'm so tired of depending on technology for what I need. I'm too old for this crap! Im 55 and going crazy! Teleport me back to the 80's! Now I'm twice out of class but I guess that's ok. If this were decades ago I wouldn't have missed my class just let that sink in. Zoom you suck! Do better and stop keeping me out of my meetings and fix the problems. It's a damn good thing this is a free course and I'm not paying for it except with my time.

They arm-twist you to renew the contractWe have a full corporate account (3 seats). they would auto-renew the annual contract without any intimation, without letting u make a decision before the renewal. this is partially because they know their database doesn't have an edge compared to other research resources out there.

I've been a patron on Patreon for the past three years. Every few months my apps and desktop force me to sign in again. Once I enter my credentials the system says it will send an email to verify my device, but the email never arrives. Even after multiple requests for it. I end up having to send a message to Patreon support and it takes them days to get back to me. Somehow they are able to reset things on their end and I can get back in, but having to go through this with them every few months for years is pretty frustrating.

I ordered a laptop on the 30th of November with the blackfriday deals. An awesome discount but a huge disappointment. The next saturday at 01:00 I receive an annulation of my order. Expecting my money back soon but no. On this date the 23th of December I still haven't gotten my money back. They say they deposited it the 7th of december. I stil haven't gotten a penny back.When I ask what the reason was for the annulation. They say it was conveniently just out of stock. What a great company. The black friday period is over almost for a month still no money back or new laptop. Yaaay.Great way to spend the holidays. Thank you so much Lenovo.

You want to talk about difficult to use? Talk about LastPass. I have had it installed and have used it for several years but, over time, it has become more and more difficult to use. Today I had enough and I transferred my passwords to NordPass, stopped LastPass auto renewal and reset LastPass to wipe out everything.
