I've been using Duolingo for 11 years. I've paid for this year's super duolingo but at the same time, I accidentally messed up my password. I have been trying to contact support, but have had no answer yet. I've been waiting for several days and hope that they do indeed answer my emergency email. If not, I don't know how to ask for a refund as there doesn't seem to be someone you can actually contact for help.
