Review of g2
G2 is one of the few websites that provides detailed reviews of software products. This allows me to compare different products side-by-side and determine which one is the best fit for my needs. The reviews are also helpful in identifying potential problems with a product, so I can make an informed decision before making a purchase.

I am starting out and I needed an autoresponder. Initially, I had chosen another provider. But when I sought help, they charged me for their services. Therefore, I chose Brevo, which even with a free version, assists you in installing the software.Additionally, the response was prompt.

Do you really want to do business with the Worst Corporation in America. Welcome to At&t. It started with purchasing a new phone, Their Customer service person stole my old phone 2 years old for himself or his 12 year old daughter. Then it went downhill fast. It got to the point to where they stopped billing me to collect late fees. I could not pay my bill unless i used live customer service and was charged 5.00 to pay my bill that showed i owed 0.00 on my sign in account. LOL, after 3 months of fighting them I just cancelled them to the tune of me after buying an unlocked phone to begin with purchasing a new phone cause they would not unlock the phone i bought and paid cash for so i could change service. This is the worst run origination in America they only want one thing , YOUR MONEY. without any service.

Absolute joke. My parcel was delivered so late, the app itself said I could ask for a refund. When I requested it via the customer service chat, they said I could not have one, seems that the delivery window had been extended. Noone could tell me why.The parcel was delivered eventually, damaged, with holes in it, product coming out of it. It was unmovable, I left it outside told them it was damaged and it had DPD tape all over. They said I would have to return it and no refund was processed. Common sense has left the Amazon customer service building. On top of this, just to mention most of these 'agents' are completely useless and pretty rude. I understand the restrictions of the job but their inability to deal with anything that requires a tiny bit of critical thinking or looking at the bigger picture is ridiculous. I get that they are probably not allowed to.

Terrible, I have been trying to get some help for over a week, I am unable to schedule my work and my clients are disappointed. I have messaged many time, no reply on chat, no reply on messenger and now just a ticket. Very poor. Currently looking for an alternative which is inconvenient.

I booked a hotel for two nights and after 10 minutes I realized that I'd booked for the wrong dates, I immediately contacted them and asked for either a refund so I could rebook it under new dates or if they could move the dates themselves. They declined my request, again I tried calling and emailing them pleading with them to help me out, they flat out refused.

Democrats have turned our nation upside down they care more about plastic straws and giving our tax dollars to Ukraine meanwhile we have open borders, drugs flowing across the boarders president tied to foreign business deals and so much more bs.

Avoid this forum at all cost. The people they have running the forum are rude and they delete posts for no good reason. I have to assume simply because they personally disagree with it. The one excuse they love to use, "Don't post in threads over 30 days old". That's utterly absurd. So never have a conversation about something that's 31 days old? You'd rather people create multiple threads about the same topic and turn your entire website into a swamp? Oh wait, nope! They'll delete that too!
Review of hp
Awful products. I bought an HP Envy 7134 printer quite a while ago so that I could print photos direct from my phone and scan documents. It was to replace my almost 20 year old Epson RX600, which I found out is a better printer, and has functional scanning software. I ran out of ink, bought some more from HP and after printing 4, (yes 4) 7x5" photos, the colour ink ran out. The paper jams every single time you try to print, you can only load one piece of paper at a time, and the paper tray comes apart and can't be re-assembled. Neither can you remove it to free up paper jams. I've probably printed less than 20 photos with it, and it now going into the skip.As for the scanner software, it is much, much less functional than Microsoft Windows scanning software. Need I say more ? I will NEVER buy anything from HP ever again, recommend everyone does the same. Terrible products, terrible company. Be very ashamed

I had a terrible experience with HP. My HP laptop had a hardware failure so the USBC ports stopped working. This meant that the computer would not charge. HP quoted me £375.19 for a repair, even though it was obviously a manufacturing fault that was present at point of sale. I had it repaired at a local computer shop this afternoon for £40. The screw that holds the bracket that supports the ports was incorrectly fitted and caused a short. I will never buy HP again.
