Limited Unlimited pass / Misleading Advertisement

I wish I have read the reviews before buying a ticket with Eventbrite...I purchased an UNLIMITED pass for a 4 days virtual wellbeing festival but during the second day my access code was deactivated because it turns out that the access was limited to 4 per day. The ad was VERY misleading and it highlighted that the pass was Unlimited and even suggested that we could attend ALL of the webinars . Even if the organiser suggested to give me the 4 access a day, I don't have the heart for it because I feel simply scammed. I am also 100% sure that I didn't see the condition of 4 access a day as I wouldn't have purchased it if I knew that the UNlimited access was limited. I feel mislead and I am very disappointed not to mention that the quality of some of the workshops was also quit disappointing and questionable in and of itself.

This is not the time to order anything from this company. After over three weeks of trying to reach out to this company every way possible, I still have no answer. You will not be able to cancel orders or get a refund. I suggest for everyone wanting to order anything, to go read the comments on their social media...the WORST costumer service I ever had.

Lost a lot of money

Shocking. Totally ripped off by seller. Beware… I bought a light for £162. Major parts missing. Asked to return. Seller sent fake QR code. Went through all the customer service hoops. Just keep getting told to return by the QR code. After 10 days of going round in circles I’m told my only option is to send this massive box (and it’s huge and very, very heavy) back to China at my own expense. Then IF the seller confirms they have the return (which he definitely will not as he’s aware he’s sent me a fake QR code) then I can try and claim back the cost of the light and the postage. Having experienced their extremely unhelpful customer service A-Z guarantee thing I know they don’t actually read messages so you know I’ll never see that postage money or get the refund for the light. I can never order from Amazon again after this. Just had to throw the light away and kiss my money goodbye. So just be aware of buying anything from sellers on Amazon, especially if it’s expensive.

Don’t buy there anything expensive

Don’t buy there anything expensive. Their warranty system is flawed and not up to EU standards. I bought a suitcase and it broke and they didn’t refund just sent a new one. That also broke again the same quality issue, then they said the warranty counts from the first one I bought and already returned. This is their internal policy so avoid them if you can. Buy somewhere else where they value their customers more and willing to take responsibility over faulty products.

Don't waist your time with AliExpress

Don't waist your time with AliExpress. Chances are you will never receive what you order, or worse! I ordered a Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker form AliExpress on June 06 and their website said it was a USA supplier and item would be delivered June 10 - June 14. On June 14 I got a bogus FedEx tracking number from the AliExpress supplier and was told the item was delivered, but it wasn't!. I waisted a lot of time asking neighbors and looking all around the house, looking for a package that didn't exist. I finally called FedEx and they said the tracking number I was given wasn't even associated with my address. It took another week of messing around with AliExpress before they finally gave me a refund. It wouldn't have been so bad if the supplier or AliExpress just contacted me and said the item was no longer available, but to give me a fake FedEx tracking number and telling me the item was delivered is unforgivable! I will never order from them again.

Someone bought a prescription using my care

Someone bought a prescription using my account and it wasn’t auto renewal I haven’t had psn for atleast a year+ and I called to get a refund and they said it was a auto renewal when I have had psn in over a year makes no sense to me how it could’ve been auto renewal. these people are scum bags.

Wish recommendations were tailored, the website's good!

The categories I selected as interests to receive articles about were never received. I'm not so interested in following individual authors or publications, I'd rather have a mixed bag that is kept fresh and updated. I've used it for a few days and really enjoy the content and community, just wish I could have a more active and refreshing recommendation feed.

It took my 1 freakin hour to set up these overly complicated 2FA to withdraw my money. One of these companies where you go insane doing a small action. It feels so good to write this. Please DONT EVER USE BINANCE.THERE ARE MANY BETTER OPTIONS.
