Wow, Nest customer service is truly awful, and the technicians have absolutely no clue what they are doing. I just spent nearly 3 hours talking to someone who ultimately concluded that he can't fix it, has no idea what the problem is, could not escalate it to someone who could fix the problem (2nd level support), and would not replace the device which is not working. I told him I would never buy a Nest device again, and would go online to tell everyone that I could not to buy one because of the terrible customer support. His only suggestion at the end - call an HVAC technician - when the problem is very clearly the electronics within the device! That's going to go nowhere! Unbelievable.

Cannot recommend Agoda the best service will be ordering directly from the motel or resort . They offered us the most expensive room they had and then provided incomplete instructions on how to get to the resort. After we made our reservations through them for the most expensive room, the next day we get offers for other rooms at half the price will not be using Agoda again

WHERE IS THE ZERO 0000 RATING*********I went to AAA for insurance a year ago , no problem everything roses and candy until you have an accident (not at fault). My daughter was driving my vehicle and was run off the road by a piping company vehicle, that side swipped her and fled the area. police were called and the person was brought back to the scene. Police report shows it was not my daughters fault a witness verified the other driver almost recklessly driving missed him and hit my vehicle.... Now Fast Forward. its time for my renewal AAA has jumped $300.0 more a month due to, get this my rating shows a claim from 3years ago (Hail Storm Damage) (You saw that one year ago it wasn't a factor) my Daughter has a ticket from 2022 (not on my daughter DMV records) and a claim on 3-12-2024 (This is the accident she was hit in my vehicle) Okay I call in tell them I dont want to cancel my policy what are my options. They said before telling my they will increase my policy by $300.0 (Mrs. Bougere, If the underwriter agrees to add you daughter I will call you back give me till the following day I will call you back with all the details to move forward. Okay, I waited 3days and was never contacted. I happen to contact AAA only to discover they went ahead without telling me they were going to add her and increased my premium... Fast forward. I cant afford that I went and located another Company that day. Called AAA and was informed that my refunded amount was only $29.0 because the three days they didn't tell me they had went ahead and added my daughter they will be taking that from the refund.. WOW.. You live in Learn.. In this economy folks cant afford for slick Money Grabs

I was looking for a new classical guitar. I found the model I was looking for on Thomann. The price was lower than in the local store in London. It was my first time buying an instrument online and I didn't know Thomann, so I was afraid about whether the guitar would arrive safely.Everything went great. Thomann kept me up to date about the tracking status. I received the product in about one week. I had no issues at all, and I'm very happy with the guitar.

Update July 7/22/21: they just replied to my first review appearing below the line saying that pretty much I am the one who asked for my account to be deleted or suspended and that I have to contact their customer service. Well, my reply is the same, I never asked for my account to be even touched, I did contact your customer service weeks before my first review and yet and up until these words, I haven't heard anyt from them. ---------Very unprofessional customer service that has no phone number to reach, my account got deleted without any prior notice just because a special offer was expired. This caused big setbacks with my business and it's taking them longer than a week to fix it. I don't recommend for business. Very unreliable.

Do not use this company! We signed a 12 month contract, but we couldn't get it to integrate with our system. We were told it would cost about $15,000.00, which we as a small company could not afford. They don't care and will not cancel the contract and keep taking money even though it does not work. Bate and switch. Very unethical company. What a rip off.

PULS is the biggest scam I’ve ever experienced. These people come to your house and charge you for an assessment and tell you they’ll order the parts and come back. THEY NEVER COME BACK!!! They charged me 15% of the refrigerator parts that needed to be ordered and they never came back. I’ll be reporting them to the BBB because if you take the time to read the reviews you’ll see A LOT of the bad reviews are exactly like mine. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES OR YOU’LL BE SCREWED OVER!!!
