Just wasted 20 minutes of my life trying to log in to a free webinar - if I see an event is run by eventbrite again - I won't bother registering.Got a ticket weeks ago - and then when i clicked on the ticket - it said ticket sale have ended - really poor GUI, really poor usability.Unusable. I could not for the life of me figure out how to attend a VIRTUAL event. The tickets seem to have nothing to do with a link to the event. The help pages never address the issue of actually getting from holding a ticket to attending. I couldn't work out how to use it and was sent round and round in circles! So disappointed.

I suspended my account and they continued billing me for four years for not rendering any services. Never sign up for automatic payments and never sign up for paperless statements. It allows them to fly under the radar to leech out your money discreetly. They refused to give me a refund.

Well, what can i add to other complaints on here? Same threat of £4,000 fine.I tried to phone the number but got fed up after being on hold for 20 minutes.Stupid thing is WE DO register with the ICO and our extended registration with ICO was received by email in December 2020, so i have emailed them, and asked what they are playing at.

They’re getting one star because I can’t give them 0. WORST customer service experince ever. Sadly, it’s baked into their policies so the terrible service isn’t a one off, employee caused issue, Best Buts corporate policies put their employees in impossible to help you situations. The WORST. 10/10 Do NOT recommend. Go anywhere else.

BBC South today has become the most woke and leftist programme. They trash our white English heritage and invariably interview a non white first and probably next. They are anti tory government and brexit but keep pushing climate change. Totally biased and non acceptable reporting. The only decent reporter is the transport correspondent, Paul Clifton. This evenings programme has started just as described. I have no problem with them interviewing black or ethnic people but why do they always interview them first.

Should be zero stars!… I have been posting since the site began and have benefited but WHAT has happened to this company??… somehow I ended up with 2 accounts and I have been trying to sort it with their utterly useless cust services… no response so I emailed the CEO… after 3 attempts I now wave the white flag and will NEVER have any more dealings with them… THE END

The subscription model is ridiculous. Get rid of it. Let us pay lesson by lesson (you penalise your clientele too much). If the tutor I wanted was on iTalki, I would happy never use this hunk of junk that needs to be sent back to the raging dumpster fire it crawled out of, ever again. The prices and tutors are fine, but UI is terrible (especially for the app). Also, having to use the Preply classroom is awful. I hate the AI being used to determine talk time (and then telling me to talk more).I don't want AI being used without my permission to train this company's unnecessary function. We come to tutor apps to find tutors, not use AI. The customer service agents are wonderful, but this company needs more staff (do you only have 1 working at any given time???). Also, pay tutors for their trials. I'm not a teacher for Preply, I am for iTalki and they give their teachers 100% of the proceeds for the trial (and their website is better). Preply is a joke

Braintree Payments is happy to take your money for credit card processing and then not bother to offer customer support. They think customer support is some overseas agents sending form letter responses when they get around to it, while ignoring the content of your messages. I will drop this company like a hot potato as soon as I can.

My Asus monitor V2249HE is a year old and suddenly developed a big black mark on the screen. Sent a complaint to Asus with a photo of the screen and their reply was that the screen was cracked. I pointed out there was no crack at all. They responded the monitor was damaged so they couldn't replace it under the warranty. Absolute rubbish. So I emailed the UK CEO, no reply as yet. Very fortunately I bought it from Amazon so I sent a complaint to them as well and, lo and behold, they're sending me a replacement. Yet again Amazon prove to be amazing. I won't buy Asus again and I only buy from Amazon these days.UPDATE: so I did send them my details and they promised to follow up. Heard nothing so emailed again, was told 'we'll chase this, don't worry it won't be forgotten' - heard nothing at all since - how useless

He walked me through each step until we came to a solution, posting gifs and emojis for encouragement. I learned about subscribers and mailing lists too, so that I can avoid making the same mistakes again. Thank you, Panagiotis.
