Frustrating Cancellation Experience with Wayfair**I recently had a disappointing experience with Wayfair that I feel needs to be shared. I initiated the cancellation of my order (#4301760962) due to shipping delays of over 15 days. While I understand that delays can happen, the lack of timely communication from Wayfair made the situation even more frustrating.After I requested the cancellation, I received a notification stating that my order had been canceled, along with a promise of a refund of $199.50 within 3-5 business days. It’s unacceptable that I had to take the initiative to cancel my order due to their inability to deliver on time.This entire experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. If you value reliable service and timely updates, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Wayfair really needs to improve their communication and handling of customer orders. I won’t be returning anytime soon!

I ordered a specific Hot Wheels car, got a message that my purchase was accepted. My CC was charged $1. I waited a few days for a receipt/invoice (for the $29.) but none ever came. Tried to message the seller, he did not have an email/comment section. 3 emails to Mercari went unanswered. I disputed the $1 with CC. Seller NOT selling/answering apparently. NOT TRUSTWORTHY!

Jesus christ their games are good but when it comes to customer service and their logistics, it's like everyone runs around with their heads up there arses. They can't for the life of me get a game delivered out on release day. And when you finally get a response from someone you just get this copy and pasted response trying to blame UPS, not knowing I had already contacted them and was told they only received the bulk of the games a day ago and that there was no way they can get the games delivered out that was with so little time given by the distributor. All I get from ubisoft is oh well you will just have to wait. Pure ignorance.

This reviews is for Microsoft Teams - I tried getting to a meeting via my web browser and the app - it took more than 30 minutes to connect - as a result of which I missed the meeting. This isn't the first time that this has happened - what ever issues are going on with Teams needs to be resolved ASAP - if you can't rely upon teams to provide a basic standard in regards to dependability - what's the point.

Terrible site, difficult to navigate and use, keeps showing me videos I don't want to see. Can't add descriptions or appropriate thumbnails to videos... can't even add a profile image. Try going to contact them and then it switches to French. Tried to delete account and it pops up with an error message and so can't even do that. Perhaps the worst experience I've ever had with a website in 20 years.

I had a 600.00 fraudulent transactions on my account. Chase bank does not honor fraud protection. DO NOT BANK WITH THIS BANK. I have been with them for 3 years. This is the first time this has happened to me. Customer service is horrible, atms don’t always work.

I signed up for a trial. They also linked me to Bench online. There is no adequate check-writing capability, so I called and told them I won’t continue. They have been charging my credit card for months, and looks like they will continue. I have read reviews and find the same old canned response offering help, but they lie. They will milk you as long as they can. Pathetic human beings.11/27/23. After posting my review, Freshbooks refunded my money and sent a notification to me. I confirmed the refund on my credit card statement. I appreciate this. I will make one suggestion, however. It would be nice if someone from the company would take a request for help seriously before you have to post a complaint.
