Review of namecheap
Bought a hosting "Stellar Plus" plan that promised unlimited database use and storage, but when I went to use it I was told that it had limitations on on media use & database size that completely ruled out using it for my website. I was told I had to "upgrade" to a more expensive package instead. Wasted a LOT of time migrating in and then out again. Extra star for promptness and courtesy however.
Review of macys
Everyone.... watch your available credit with Macys as Macys dropped my available credit from its original amount of $8000, down to $1500, and my account had a balance of $1467 owed to them on the Sept 20th. all of this because I forgot to make my payment on the Sept 20th. I made payment on the Sept 24th. Thats when I realized they decreased my available credit. I called 3 times to try and get this fixed, but Macys told me that they will evaluate my account in the months to come... months to come??? Really... you just screwed my ratio to balance on my credit report... I have since closed my Macys account, and paid off my balance. So much for my 8 years of customer loyalty... Its sad, as I always use my Macys card at Christmas... Thats ok ill gladly give my money to another company for Christmas. #macysscrewstheircustomers

Review of eBay
I was suddenly suspended from eBay and when I tried to inquire why I was given no reason expect that it was permanent. I had ordered one product and just browsed the site. Additionally, the customer service was really bad without anyone exlpaining anything even though I tried contacting them multiple times. I recommend to stay away from this website.
Review of dell
I have a Dell 5430 rugged with the Pro Service support warranty. I've had the laptop since October 2023. In February 2024, the 5430 began to shut down randomly and frequently. I checked all the Dell support online "fixes" and none worked. I opened a service ticket online with Dell on Sunday 2/25 and received an email reply from Dell the next day. I ran a few more hardware tests with the online rep and on 3/4/24 was told I needed a new motherboard (BIG money but covered!). An onsite tech arrived on March 5 and replaced the motherboard - took him 2+ hours and he's serviced over 7000 laptops for Dell. That solved the shutdown issue, but a new, subtle problem arose. The "N" & "B" keys plus the spacebar on the laptop would not work. On March 6, the onsite tech returned with a new keyboard. It turned out that the original keyboard simply had a bad ribbon cable connection that was solved by removing and reinserting the ribbon cable. The tech had never seen that issue occur before either. The 5430 now works great, it's faster on boot and rock solid stable. All issues solved professionally and expediently. Not sure if it was the extra money spent on the Pro Service plan, but I've never seen better service on any computer I've owned since my first Apple IIE in the 1980's. I know, seems hard to believe with all the bad reviews listed here but I have every email and service record on file to back up every word of this review. Hope this helps!
