Review of Canva
I struggled at first but once I'd been shown a few steps it is very useful and easy to use. I wanted to get over the learning hump before upgrading. When someone shares a template to use, I get a pop-up, which tells me to allow pop-ups in the browser, but the picture points to where my Adblockplus icon is, so I don't recognise the browser pop-up blocker icon. This process block could be avoided with one signpost or suggestion: "Search for your browser's pop-up blocker" so we don't go down a side-path ranting at the Ad blocker or look in the wrong area of the screen for something that isn't there. That way, this barrier provides more generic information for more people to get past it.
Review of CNN
Worst news reporting out there. Have no idea how to report the truth. Picks and chooses what stories to cover and then puts their own spin on it. Point: Hunter Biden. There is a story there and whether he is guilty or not, its your job to report on it. Your choice is to ignore. That is one of many examples. Will never watch CNN if only news casting available. You're all crooks.
Review of BBC
It's not enough to moan about how the BBC are wallowing in smug wokery - it won't address itself honestly and become more diverse in opinion until the money is choked off. Want the BBC to improve its behaviours? Then cancel your TV License. The BBC won't change until the cash-taps get turned off. The government won't cancel the enforced TV Licence despite all their 'something must be done' hand-wringing, so do it yourself. Cancel your TV License. I have and I've not missed live TV at all. So long as you've got decent broadband, then Netflix/Disney/YouTube (free!) etc. will fill the gap.
Review of agoda
Bogus scam company.Trying to find a hotel for a short stay. Agoda is consistently showing the cheapest prices when comparing hotels using a third party (google) but when you click on the link, the price skyrockets. They're just straight up lying to get traffic. Con artists.
Review of target
Target makes their gift cards very easy to cash without any delay. This enables scammers to use target gift cards to scam people. Scammers do not want Walmart, Nike or Ralphs gift cards, berceuse these gift cards have several hours of delay in activation so scammers do not get enough time to use them before scam victims realize. I think Target does not care about people getting scammed using their gift cards. They only care about their sales. When a gift card was sold to scam victims, it means target sales has increased. Also, when you buy items from target, an item can be scanned twice accidently without warning you. This won't happen in Walmart or Ralphs or Costco. This happened to me twice at self checkout and by cashier. It wasted a bit of time to get refund for duplicate payment over the same item. They have designed the system to do this intentionally becasue other retailers don't do this. I hope people don't shop at target to help target enable scammers to scam people.
Review of samsung
This was the worst online purchasing experience I've ever had. I made an order Thanksgiving weekend, then I was told it was delayed (and would not arrive in time for Christmas because I was traveling). They would not allow me to change the address (even though the item had not shipped) so I had to make a new order (for $200 more, price match to follow). I made that order, it was cancelled without notice because they supposedly could not verify the payment details. I made a THIRD order and this was also cancelled through no fault of my own. Samsung said this was because my shipping and billing address were different (even though they wouldn't let me change the shipping address on the first order, which was supposed to arrive on time). Then they said I could pay extra to have the order arrive on time to my original address even though it wasn't my fault that it was delayed. By this point I've spent over 2 hours on the phone with at least 6 different customer service agents from various departments. One of the agents suggested that they connect me to a different department and have them **remote access** my computer to make the order on my behalf (this seems like a very bad idea from a security perspective???) which I refused. Finally I spoke to a supervisor, who told me they need to do an investigation (which would take 3-5 business days) into why these orders were not going through. SO frustrating for an item that cost less than $100. After the investigation, I was told I should 1) check with my bank (even though there was no hold on my cards), 2) check that I had entered the payment details correctly (which I had, because I had been able to use the same card for the first purchase), 3) try a different credit card (I already tried two different credit cards), and 4) buy in person (but they did not offer a price match). What a joke.

Review of preply
I found my first French teacher on Preply during lockdown, and I’ve been using the platform ever since. Over the years I think it’s improved a lot. There are now plenty of built-in features that make it easier to stay consistent with my learning journey. While I don’t find the vocabulary tool particularly useful and the commission seems a bit high, I get that they're working to grow and improve the platform. Overall, it’s a solid website with helpful tools to keep you on track. I’m now with my second French teacher after five years and still using Preply, so that probably says something!
Review of healthcare
I wish I could give 0 stars. I was nothing but honest with them and reported every single change of income... End of this last yr they claimed I made more than I reported to them...clearly ... My W2 says otherwise... They told me I could appeal it but it's a first come first serve basis and it may take awhile and I'll end up having to start paying the $3800 back before they even get to it. So needless to say..I now owe $3800 for nothing. They make the appeal process difficult so nobody does it. It worked...also....every single time I called to do anything with my account...I had to call four different times to make sure it was done right cuz nobody there knows how to do their job. I recommend no insurance before I would ever trust them again.

Review of braintreepayments
I requested an account with Brintree 5 days ago. I did not receive any communication from the sales team. I did not even receive an email about my request. I was excited with the API and sandbox and their documentation. I built my applicaiton and I am waiting for them to give me a LIVE account. I hope they are still in business as I have not heard from them at all...

Review of crunchyroll
Crunchy roll is just a money funnel. Half of their 'anime' isn't even available to watch or is censored to the point that the entire screen is blocked out. And forget about support, they never respond and just blow people off. On top of all that the seasons are mislabeled or missing parts, leaving you with season two, then four, or just one season in the middle. Even after all that the schedules for streaming releases doesn't work. . .honestly, it's just a heaping pile of dung now. It's a real shame too.
Review of wayfair
We had a chair delivery and assembly scheduled on Monday this week. After waiting an entire vacation day at home for the delivery, it never came, and we received no call telling us that they would not be delivering. After calling Wayfair, they told us that the truck hit the 11:00 hour on-road limit and then rescheduled for today (Sunday). They told us, due to the fact that they did not deliver on Monday that we would get a two-hour delivery window. We never received the two-hour delivery window, and we were told yesterday that the delivery would be between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. today. After waiting through this window and making several calls to Wayfair, they let me know that I should expect the delivery at 6:30 p.m. and that I would receive the delivery today. It is now 7:50 p.m. and I've wasted an entire Sunday waiting for another delivery that did not occur. That's two valuable days wasted. The Wayfair delivery service in Illinois is terrible. The Wayfair rep we spoke to on Monday said to write a review as they may actually respond to it. As such, here is that review.
Review of victoriassecret
I would have liked to give zero stars but of course, 1 star is the minimum possible on here.I ordered (for the first and last time) a little make up bag for my daughter's b.day. It arrived soiled with what looked like grease stains on the back and before I'd noticed this looked on the grubby side like someone had returned.Contacted customer service who arranged for Evri to collect. Evri gave a time and day, didn't arrive on said day but came the day after. This was collected on the 19th of June. Today we are 1st of July and I still have no refund.Never again 👎
Review of smallpdf
Stupidly fell for the 'free trial' to convert 1 document and then a few weeks later had £81 taken out of my bank. When I contacted the company they said that by accepting T&C I was agreeing to make this payment. They really should make that clearer on their website as I'm sure I'm not the only person who doesn't have time or energy to ready through pages of small print!
