Won’t stop giving my phone number to scammers

I’ll come back and add another star if I can find something that’s actually a job and not a scam to apply to on this site.Response to reply from Indeed: It shocks me that you can work for indeed without realizing how the scams work. The scammers pretend to be from a legitimate company and indeed allows them to create an account stating this, without verifying that the poster actually works for the company. They then mark you as not chosen for the job but take your information and use it to contact you with countless scams under other names, making it impossible for the person whose information has been stolen to determine who has stolen it and which job posting is the scam. in order to stop this indeed would need to care enough about the people who use the site to prevent these fake accounts from existing in the first place. If indeed wants me to sniff out the scammers for them and do their employees job of keeping the site safe, they can pay me to do so. Until then I won't be logging back in. Edit #2 for the users of Indeed: I just emailed some scams from Indeed to that email as I have been instructed to do. I will let you all know how long it takes them to dignify me with a response and how they resolve it.

Too often what they sell you does not work…

Too often what they sell you does not work, I've purchased over half a dozen games from them. 2 didn't work at all several others have issues. It's a failure rate of about 80%. They refunded my money as an account credit, not sure how they are when giving back your money. Many problems are common, often on the associated forums people present workarounds. I'm no tech guy, I don't expect to repair something I paid to use. Jagged Alliance 2 won't run, Settlers 3 won't run, Space Rangers 2 erratic frequent crashes, Tropico erratic frequent crashes, X-Com UFO defense bad sound issues. Deus Ex too dark to see, Colonization actually works.

Do not order from here. I literally just got a massive box of expired tobacco chew delivered to my front porch with the shipping label from Bed, Bath, and Beyond cut off of another box and then taped to the top of this one. I have also not received four items that should have been delivered to me despite informing them of the missing items. This is literally insane! Either I have some really shady neighbors and BB and B just has really terrible service; that or there’s something really shady going on at Bed Bath and Beyond. Haha!

Fraudulent business practice, no email support

Ordered four items. One item that was sent to me was a different dress from the one I ordered but in the same colour. I had to contact customer support, which is ONLY by chat (this itself is unacceptable). First chat miraculously froze after 15 minutes of chatting back and forth. Very annoying! So I had to do a new second chat, going over the same things yet again. After much back and forth I inquired if the dress I had ordered was even in stock. She only answered after I asked 3 times. Finally, the rep admitted that the dress I had ordered was NOT in stock, so Zara sent me a similar dress instead.Is this even legal? On one hand, I can see good intent behind it, but on the other, it wasted A LOT of my time and energy to troubleshoot this in their clunky system. I also don't believe it is legal to send someone something they didn't order while keeping the money for an out-of-stock item the customer DID order. It seems fraudulent, actually. And would Zara have accepted the item as a return (since it didn't match what was on my invoice?).Also, there should be email and phone customer support (I prefer email). The chat system is very slow and very glitchy, and way too time consuming. After admitting that they purposely sent me the wrong dress, the rep tried to walk her comment back and say it matched what was on my invoice. (This was untrue because neither the name, item number, nor photo matched!)The 2nd rep also wasn't particularly helpful, was very slow, AND said a few things that could be read as snarky (I'm not sure how she meant them but you shouldn't say things to a customer that could be read in the pejorative). She also asked "why did you take us so long to notify us of this issue" when in fact, I had only had these items for TWO DAYS! I will think long and hard before I order again after this frustrating experience. This is extra frustrating because I would actually PREFER to try on items in the store, but my local store has since closed (even when they were open they often didn't stock the items on the website that I was interested in).To Zara: 1. I believe it is fraudulent to keep a customer's money when the item ordered is out of stock and to intentionally send the wrong item. You should immediately refund for out-of-stock items.2. You need to train your reps to be more responsive, considerate, and polite to customers 3. You need to have an email address where customers can contact you (and preferably also a phone number). 4. You need to do better.

Bought family house back in 2008

Bought family house back in 2008, also bought at least a car or two. Loan officer absolutely loved me. Young guy with a great score. She had hit the jackpot. Signed me up for the Platinum plan and all the stupid perks. Anyway after I read through everything I realized I didn’t need any of that crap. It is just how they upsell young stupid guys. Anyway everything seemed to go pretty good with the bank for the most part. 12 years had gone buy and no real problems, but then COVID hit. A couple weeks later my hours got cut and money got tight. I called my banker and asked if we might be able to qualify for the COVID relief I had been reading about. She told me that I could just do a forbearance for a spell and if I needed more at the end we could do it one more time. We filled out all the paperwork, shook hands and I didn’t put anymore thought into it. Well I’m not sure what happened between paperwork, a handshake & 4 months later but everything changed, somewhere between pen to paper, hand to hand shank and an ass smack, Wells Fargo decided to sell my mortgage to the most bush league, dishonest, Jesus jammy wearing jamokes I’ve ever done business with. You may know them as Select Porfolio Services or (SPS) or just Fast Brigham. Anyway this is how Wells Fargo’s Utah’s branch work. First off They claimed that they sent paperwork to me at a wrong address (same address as the house) and by the time they called us, they said we were foreclosing on us. They claimed that they didn’t have to honor Wells Fargo’s forbearance and if we would like a loan modification the payments would be $2000 a month and they needed a response by the 21 of July. At this point I figured I would calm down and write an appeal about the outlandish payment. I was told that they would get back to me with in the week. Well guess what… We were not.. Upon calling they still hadn’t reviewed our appeal and said that they didn’t want to resubmit it because it would just prolong it longer. Please let us know if we have any hope of keeping our home and thank you for your time.

Other than TikTok

Other than TikTok, probably one of the worst social media platforms out there. Their content is spammed full of ads and sponsored rubbish, everywhere you look you'll come in to contact with an advert of some kind. It's worse than sponsored posts on Facebook and influencers on Instagram. When I tried contacting them [before Coronavirus] regarding my account, I sent in 4 emails over 3 months and never got a response, so I deleted my account and have never looked back. Appauling company. Shambles.

Extremely poor to say the least

Dont know where to start... everything is so damn frustrating and poor at this company that nothing comes close to being so bad.Their customer care doesnt even exist .. forget about phone or chat, even for an email you cant just send them email ..the link to send them a ticket will only appear after hoping through hundreds of steps and frustrating screen trying to fob you off in the direction of some poorly written so called self help guides. Even when you have succeeded in sending them a ticket they wont come back for many many days to come completely ignoring the losses your business may have

I have never been more disappointed…

I have never been more disappointed with a service. I am out of the country and want to be able to use my travel card! I am trying to buy tickets to a museum on my phone a "trusted device" and i cant until I get a text message verification to the SAME phone. Which I cant get as I am OUT OF THE COUNTRY!! Isn't this a travel card! and to top it all off you cannot speak to a human any way but calling. This is just ridiculous.

Subscription Cancelation Issues

Basically I wanted to cancel my subscription but you have to pay one month extra in order to see cancel subscription buttons. It is not fair that I have paid 1 month extra for a subscription that I will not use at all.
