UPD: Laptop came 3 days later. When bol com will return my money for "next day" delivery - I will change rating to 3 stars and title.Ordered laptop and they lost it! So bol.com stating in the account that it is delivered but it is not - customer support was telling to wait for one day before filing the case. But that's nonsense - you are posting invalid information about status of delivery and doing nothing with it! After 1 day of having wrong status "delivered" - they only started investigation and now telling me to wait for 1 week!That's the worst experience ever, so far no money back and no laptop! (overall value of the package is more than 2000 EUR)
