I ordered kitchen appliances (dishwasher and microwave) from COSTCO with installation included. There is one installer for our large central Virginia metro area who proved himself to be dishonest and inept, making this the WORST experience I've ever had with a retailer. The prices are fantastic from COSTCO but without competent installation providers it is not worth it. My installer cheated COSTCO (they said so) by charging for extra work, came in unmarked truck, no uniform no ID, did not install properly then blamed everyone/thing except their shoddy work. What should have been two visits, install then return to evaluate why install was incorrect and uninstall was extra visits to milk COSTCO for more truck rolls. Shame on what used to be one of the most ethical retailers in the USA.

Clover system are one of the worst POS systems you can buy. They promise lots of things and come through with none of it. The support on it is the poorest excuse of tech support and customer service I have ever seen. They have no problem leaving you down with no POS to run your business. If you want your business to fail by Clover.

We are a web dev agency hosting about 100 sites on WPEngine. We chose WPEngine after many near disasters hosting sites on other hosts. We turned to them because they specialize in Wordpress and have all the needed pieces in place (caching, backups, dev servers, security) that are needed when hosting and supporting a lot of sites. I have never regretted it. They consistently save me time and worry as a re-hosting provider. I am on the support chat often for various types of issues on client websites and never leave feeling frustrated or puzzled. caching, SSL and security are awesome. I never worry how a website will do when setting it up there. Their tools for backups, migrations, staging/dev servers, DNS, are all very easy to use and work as expected. I have worked with a lot of hosts as a Wordpress professional and can say that they are the best and no one comes close, especially as a website re-hosting agency.

If there was 5 stars + I'd give it to DreamHost. Aside their mastery in what they do, their customer service is top notch. I have used other hosting platforms but they're limited technically, poor customer service but DreamHost has the best customer service I have experienced so far. They're prompt, professional and friendly. I will recommend any time.

Absolutely zero customer support. Send several emails trying to get help logging in because I kept getting an error that my system wasn't safe. Finally got in with Firefox. Never would respond for help. Been trying to cancel for a week. I am sending daily emails. My renewal isn't up yet but I know they charge and don't respond so I can getting my trying to cancel documentation ready so when I dispute the charge I have everything ready. There are much better choices out there.

Bad experience Costumer Service, Useless.Very frustrating to deal with Envato costumer service, they are sooooooo, slow to reply any email. I bought a plugin booking system. I made a mistake in writing my email address when purchasing it, (missed a letter). After purchasing it I need to reply the email confirmation of the purchase which I never received because of my mistake. I did contact them straight away, they took 3 day to reply it, then more 4 day to ask me my details, then more 3 day to reply me explaining the reason why I didn’t receive the plugin download was no funds on my account… really! Seriously!!

De-activated account without reason, can only assume because im not saying what the mainstream media wants me to say/believe.Completely ignored several emails ive sent them regarding this, will be compiling a letter today and also seeking legal advice, should have answered my emails, and shouldn't be removing people who aren't saying what your media company wants, you also heavily regulate comments both by using text filters AND hands on "moderators" checking comments on some news articles before they are published, anything against what they are pushing is blocked.Will be hearing from me soon in writing.

We used to use tune in all the time and loved it. Now it is flaky. It stops and starts randomly and now includes commercials so not only do you have to listen to the stations commercials but in the middle of songs tunein interupts and starts playing their commercials. That is very annoying! One set of commercials is enough. Time to pull out the old radio and listen to local stations on that.
