I ordered kitchen appliances (dishwasher and microwave) from COSTCO with installation included. There is one installer for our large central Virginia metro area who proved himself to be dishonest and inept, making this the WORST experience I've ever had with a retailer. The prices are fantastic from COSTCO but without competent installation providers it is not worth it. My installer cheated COSTCO (they said so) by charging for extra work, came in unmarked truck, no uniform no ID, did not install properly then blamed everyone/thing except their shoddy work. What should have been two visits, install then return to evaluate why install was incorrect and uninstall was extra visits to milk COSTCO for more truck rolls. Shame on what used to be one of the most ethical retailers in the USA.
