By far the most incompetent Telecommunications company there is, why are they still around. I'm surprised they haven't gone Bankrupt yet. Worst customer service there is. Their phone etiquette is abysmal, they ask 50 million questions before even adressing your issues, this is so you are on the phone for as long as possible chewing up your credit or phone bills. this is why they keep you on hold for so long! it makes them more money!. As a Customer who has internet, prepaid and postpaid lets just say im sooooo over there BS and I've only been with them for less then a year. Time to go to a more reputable company like Vodafone!. People trust me dont waste your time with Telstra. they are about a bright a black freckle, and as useless as a dildo on frog!calltheir complaints team and get a guy named Glen with a telstra ID number 43242839 and without even verifying me or my account he said he sent a verification number to my email. When I asked him which email account he sent it too he said my outlook one. and when i asked him to confirm the full email address he said the out look one lol! so i called him out for scamming and claimed that if i called him how could he be a scammer, yet he was able to send a code to my email address at outlook when i dont have an email address at outlook registered with telstra so if you get anyone named glen with the above mentioned telstras ID number 43242839 HANG UP IMMEDIATELY. Furthermore, I make mention of their BS tactics when it comes to their rubbish claims they cant book technicians and the all of a sudden there is an appointment available. Only to have me sitting at home until midday waiting for a technician that should have already been here hrs ago!. Seriously. Anyone reading this who is considering telstra services or products, save yourselves the hassle, the heart failure and the fried brain cells trying to communicate with these butt plugs and go with vodafone it will much better for your healthh!.
